May I ask why you ask? Any plans or ideas you would like to build in, change something?

This is a pretty niche request, but I wish that Tease AI had support for getting files of the hydrus network app.



Hydrus network is a media organization/database program that lets tag files (images, video, ...) and search files for files with those tags (like a booru site), it also has an api, which allows other programs to get their files and do searches like an user would through a url request.
However, Hydrus' local organization is based on file hash,which makes so I have to copy any new content from my hydrus collection to the specific folder I have set for tease AI, since hydrus folders have completely random content in them. If Tease AI had support, this could be done automatically with just a little setup and an api key. Also, the blog image function does not work on hydrus api urls, so that also has to be set separately.


I'm probably one the few people that could benefit from this,so I thought It would be better try to implement it myself since I have experience in C# and with using the hydrus api, allowing me to make my own custom build with hydrus support.

It will be fine if this doesn't get added. Copying files is annoying, but far from being a serious issue, so do what you think is best for the project.

Basically I tend to try my best to implement requests (if possible and work/benefit is ok), I don't know hydrus but it sounds like it could be done, especially if you would help with that.
Unfortunately this comes to the worst possible time, I have a few new things to play with and to discover which are all distracting me so much that I hardly find the time to work further on the implementation of the new (enhanced) support for linear toys (I am at it, but not as much as I could/would be without all those distractions -> Just started to play with AI- chats, voice cloning -, image generation, ... funscripts, DaVinci and so on).

If you want to and if it's not too late then, you could drop me a line to remind me of this once the next release is done (which probably will take a while, sorry).

Over the time the code got a bit messy, I really don't feel like showing it in the state it is right now, a huge clean up would be necessary first.

Seconded on open source, sounds like your request backlog is ever-growing so being able to contribute to knock out misc stuff would be nice.

Somehow I have the feeling I might not understood the question correctly, just ask again if so, ...

1. There is no limitation. When you deal with really a lot of local images the startup of Awakening slows down since those get 'scanned' at the program startup, ... for that you could use the option:
Settings -> Images -> Genre Images -> 'Use Stored Data For Local Images'

With this activated the images get scanned once and the 'result' gets saved, that speeds the startup up, the downside of this is, whenever you make changes to your local images (adding/removing/moving/renaming and such) you would have to deactivate and then activate that option again so it will do the scanning again.

2. Possible is a lot but for now something like that isn't there.

Basically I want to try to make a findom module, where the domme can read your bank account. To start off I would want to make it really basic, where all the domme can do is see how much is there, maybe by linking the routing number or accessing a locally installed banking app. I figured this might be possible given the fact that there’s already an integration for that chastity app in the settings, and that my findom idea might be able to work in a similar way.

Sorry, no way.
The chastity page offers an 'API' -> that's a way to let applications (like Awakening i.e.) communicate with their server, ... they are open for something like that.
A bank is the opposite, they do all what's possible to block such an access.

I would never even try such a thing, sounds to me like something that could make the cops knocking on my door, no way.

What I could think of is a much less technical way, just have an input where you have to type what's on that bank account, maybe what amount of money you have for free use each month, the domme tells you to put a specific amount into a piggybank, or spend some money on this or that.

I noticed that recently some of the placeholder images for removed images from Tumblr have been getting through Tease AI Awakening's filter for such things. I guess Tumblr has inconveniently changed the format slightly so they are no longer being detected as bad images.

I'm not sure if it is something that you want to maintain support for , but if it is , here are a couple of images that got through the filter :

It depends, the way it detects these images is a very, VERY basic one. (on the other hand it's fast and did a well job until now)
If I can tweak this to what they have changed (and if they didn't took all of that down), then yes, will be fixed, ... but I guess I won't create a whole new system for it, ... have to look it up, ... noted!


And before all you guys get's sick of my 'on the ToDo', ... 'noted' and such, ... well, sorry, but it's not dropped, I am still at it, the next update will have quite a lot changes (maybe more on the technical side, maybe some stuff will be revealed later, ... probably the usual user might not notice most of that).

Also I won't just get smaller fixes out (like the thumblr thing), ... my version is right now like a disassembled car, I'd have to put all it's parts back together again before it could leave the garage (or jumping back to an older version, but I don't like the idea of such a back and forth).

And hey, ... it's summer, so it was clear a while ago that development gets slower while the sun shines.

I'm not entirely sure.

The URL files I have are some old ones grabbed from various Milovana posts, and they have always had a fair number of dud entries, and have always resulted in a bunch of entries being sent to the ErrorLog.txt as a result.

From a quick bit of viewing random preview files I would say that at least half the files are broken. But I have no idea whether that is more than before.

I mainly make use of local files, and have just used the URL files for introducing a bit of variety. So offline works well enough for me.

So I guess if it turned out to be a simple fix to get things working again it would be cool , but it may be a bit of a losing battle.
