Fitness stroking challenges - become a ChickHero

Hey everybody,

Recently I had the idea to combine stroking tasks with body workout tasks to be motivated in doing
a body workout on a regular basis, having fun with it and become a well shaped ChickHero!

So you will have to earn your permission of stroking, edging, ruining and cuming by doing
different fitness and stroking tasks. If you accomplish the task, there will be a reward and you will win CumPoints (CP), if not…there might be a punishment (;

There will be different difficulties to choose, so the tasks may fit to different body conditions.
A CouchHero (1 CP), SportyHero (3 CP) and ChickHero (7CP) level. Everybody has to decide in advance of executing a task which level he likes to choose.

There are CumPoint "FarmTasks", to earn CumPoints:
Choosing the CouchHero(1CP) level might be an easy point to gain, choosing the SportyHero (3 CP) or even ChickHero (7 CP) level will gain points much faster, but might bring some risks with it by failing to execute.

With the earned CumPoints, you will be able to choose so called "CumTasks":
"CumTasks" will cost CumPoints to choose. Choosing the CouchHero level here, might lead to an easy orgasm. The SportyHero and ChickHero level will regain some CumPoints if choosen.

An example for a CumPoint "FarmTask" - "Endurance Pushstrokes":
CouchHero (+1CP): Do 30 pushups, no time pressure. After that stroke 5minutes @40Bpm.
If you get to the edge during stroking, hold it until the time is up. No orgasm allowed.
SportyHero (+3CP): Do 60 pushups, no time pressure. After that stroke 5minutes @50Bpm.
If you get to the edge during stroking, stop, the task is failed.
ChickHero (+7CP): Do 100 pushups, no time pressure. After that stroke 5minutes @60Bpm.
If you get to the edge during stroking, hold it until the time is up, then ruin it, the task is failed.

An example for a "CumTask" challenge:
„Pushups to cum“ challenge: costs to choose: 12CP
CouchHero Level (+0CP):
Cum as fast as you can but you have to earn your time to stroke in advance. For every 5 pushups you do, you may stroke 1minute at 40bpm - not faster, not slower. Be naked all the time and no breaks between the pushups. Once stopped that’s your earned time, get hard and start to stroke right after finishing your pushups. If you fail to cum, you are denied and failed this task.

SportyHero Level (+3CP): „…for every 8 pushups…“
ChickHero Level (+7CP): „…for every 10 pushups…“


For the „Pushups to cum“ challenge, you would have to earn with "FarmTasks" in advance at least 12CP to choose it.
If you fail these points are gone, if you succeed these points are gone but regain e.g on SportyHero Level 3CP back….and an orgasm.

Ready to sign in to the ChickHero academy?! There are following rules:
You may do each CumPoint "FarmTasks" once a day.
You may do each "CumTask" once a month.
No cumming otherwise.
To be released from this contract, a "ReleaseTask" must be completed.

"ReversePlank" FarmTask challenge:

CouchHero (+1CP): Hold the reverse plank for 2minutes. After that stroke 2minutes @60Bpm, then edge for 15sec. If you edge before, hold it until the end.

SportyHero (+3CP): Hold the reverse plank for 4minutes. After that stroke 2minutes @70Bpm, then edge for 30sec. If you edge before, stop and repeat the stroking part after 1minute. You may repeat two times.

ChickHero (+7CP): Hold the reverse plank for 6minutes. After that stroke 2minutes @80Bpm, then edge for 1min. If you edge before, stop and repeat the stroking part after 30seconds. You may repeat three times. Eat all precum wich showes up.

"QuadricepsWallStrech" FarmTask challenge:

Preparing:
Open https://boxingtimer.org/ and apply the round time to 45seconds, the pause time to 15seconds, the round end warning to 10 seconds. The amount of rounds fitting to your Hero level choosen.
While only wearing underwear, make your penis hard from the outside. As soon as your penis is hard, get naked, start the timer and get into the stretch position. You must not see the timer.
During the first round time, do 30 strokes then pause 15 seconds.
During the following round times, do 10 strokes more than in the previous round.
After all ronds are done, restart the timer and repeat it while stretching the other leg.

CouchHero (+1CP): Choose 3 rounds. (30,40,50 strokes...) If you fail to perform all strokes within the round time and get to the edge, hold it until its time to pause. Continue.

SportyHero (+3CP): Choose 4 rounds. (30,...,60 strokes) If you fail to perform all strokes within the round time and get to the edge, hold it until its time to pause. Continue. But no CumPoints are earned.

ChickHero (+7CP): Choose 5 rounds. (30,...,70 strokes) If you fail to perform all strokes within the round time and get to the edge, hold the edge untile its pause, let drip some precum or sperm and cover your upper body with it. Continue. No CumPoints are earned.

"ReversePlank" CumTask challenge (costs 10CP):

Hold the "ReversePlank" as long as you can.

CouchHero (+0 CP): Stroke once for each second you held the "ReversePlank". Come to full orgasm during stroking. Execute all strokes. (120seconds = 120 strokes)

SportyHero (+3 CP): For each full minute you held the "ReversePlank", stroke 40 times. Come to full orgasm during stroking. Execute all strokes. (2min = 80 strokes)

ChickHero (+7CP): For each full minute you held the "ReversePlank", stroke 30 times. Come to full orgasm during stroking. Execute all strokes. (2min = 60 strokes)

"SittingHamstringStretch" FarmTask challenge:

Hold the stretch position for each leg for 2minutes. Repeat twice.
After all repetitions are done, get up, strech your legs out and bend over.

If you can´t touch the floor with your fingertips:
CouchHero (+1 CP): Undress and oil up your penis. Hold your penis with one hand right at the penis base and massage the penis head until some precum is dripping out.

If you can touch the floor with your fingertips for 10seconds:
SportyHero (+3 CP): Undress and oil up your penis. Hold your penis with one hand right at the penis base and massage the penis head until some precum is dripping out, then stroke 50times. Repeat once.

If you can touch the floor with your flat hand for 10seconds:
ChickHero (+7CP): Undress and oil up your penis. Hold your penis with one hand right at the penis base and massage the penis head until some precum is dripping out, then stroke 50times. Repeat twice. Eat all precum.

If you cum at any of the levels, the task is failed. Eat all cum.

CouchHero (1CP): Make your penis hard. Go up an down with your hips 10 times, then hold the position until 30strokes are done. Repeat 3 times. Your penis must stay hard all the time.

SportyHero (3CP): Make your penis hard. Go up an down with your hips 15 times, then hold the position until 50strokes are done. Repeat 4 times. Your penis must stay hard all the time.

ChickHero (7CP): Make your penis hard. Go up an down with your hips 20 times, then hold the position until 50strokes & a edge held for 10seconds, are done. Repeat 5 times. Your penis must stay hard all the time.

"Plank" FarmTask:

Get a Rummy card deck with 52cards. Shuffel the cards.

CouchHero (+1CP): Hold the plank for 2minutes, then draw 3 cards.
SportyHero (+3CP): Hold the plank for 3:30minutes, then draw 5 cards.
ChickHero (+7CP): Hold the plank for 5minutes, then draw 7 cards.

Draw the amount of cards which matches your Hero level and place them in the drawn order in front of you. Execute them in the drawn order.

For each number: add a zero, and do the amount of strokes. (eg: 5 = 50 strokes)
For each jack: stroke 2min @40bpm
For each lady: stroke 2min @50bpm
For each king: edge and hold for 30seconds
For each Ace: stroke @60bpm until barely over the edge drip some sperm

"Plank" CumTask & FarmTask (costs 5CP):

Hold the Plank as long as possible.

CouchHero (+0CP): If you held the plank for less than 3minutes. Dismiss/relocate as described below 5 cards.
SportyHero (+5CP): If you held the plank more than 3minutes and less than 5minutes. Dismiss/relocate as described below 3 cards.
ChickHero (+10CP): If you held the plank more than 5minutes. Dismiss/relocate as described below 1 card.

Get a Rummy card deck with 52cards. Shuffel the cards and draw 10 of them. Put them with the picture side hidden in front of you. Reveal card after card, decide if you want to keep and execute, dismiss, or put it at the end of the card line and execute it at the end.

For each number: add a zero, and do the amount of strokes. (eg: 5 = 50 strokes)
For each jack: stroke 2min @40bpm
For each lady: stroke for 3minutes @80bpm, if you edge, edge until the time is over, then cum
For each king: edge and hold for 30seconds
For each Ace: stroke @60bpm until barely over the edge and drip some sperm

Repeat until all cards are executed.
