How does it work regarding playing e-stim files while watching porn?
I suppose you need two different outputs from the pc?
- 1 output going to the speakers playing porn.
- 1 output to the device playing the E-stim files.
Do you need special software handling that or is it built-in windows?

To have 2 outputs, you need to have sound card which has more than 2 channels (more than stereo). For desktops, motherboards with built in 5.1 surround (3 outputs=6 channels) are quite popular. If you have such card then of course there are drivers for windows included.
Other topic is what you play and how you redirect sound to desired output.
1. Webteases on this page have estim in front stereo channels, so you need to connect estim instead of speakers, and you will not have music or real life sounds.
2. MP3 files are usually also played in front stereo channels.
3. MP4 files can have more channels, so you can use software (like ffmpeg) to combine video, music and estim into one file. All popular players support MP4 with 5.1 channels.
4. There are also players which can combine files in real time (like MPV player). Then you have MP4 with video/music and MP3 with estim, and you tell MPV player to play music in front stereo output, and estim in rear output. Although you can get couple of second delay between video/music and estim when using MPV, so it is not perfect solution.
