It repeats until FULL ORGASM JOI is rolled, then this punishment ends after loser completes FULL ORGASM JOI.
Odds of cumming on the random generator depend on how many votes the loser received. So, zero votes gives at the beginning 1/6 chance to fully cum, one vote 2/6, two votes 3/6 chance. Then every ruin increases the odds in the following way:
