I took a look too, it's clearly a Funstim conversion from a Funscript using 800hz with a steady volume ramp through the file, so wire up in a standard tri-phase config for frequency phase-shift stim. My personal preference is left channel glans, common somewhere between(top half insulated at the base for me), and right channel with the electrode facing the prostate on a plug.

Wiring up in dual channel and it will be a dull featureless buzz on both channels.

With that being said, I'm excited to have an estim file for this video because softcore(non-dude) videos are my favorite and ones created similar to this one are gold.
