Oh and chuck in AI like Voxta... and you'll have a a fairly believable porn model in your living room, you'll have to convince to have sex with you... art imitating life..

Didn't know VAM could be doing the passthrough like that, that is pretty crazy. I had a little trouble really wanting to play around with VAM, even learning it when I tried to make something the whole scene would randomly explode on me and the like. However playing people's scenes that are particularly good and then changing the look to something maybe more personal is pretty impactful. I had just made a scene that was 1 to 1 with the room with oculus in it and that was already pretty cool just having the fermeture where it is in VR vs IRL, but even better if you can passthrough. Waiting now for that passthrough + robo device + vr AI char integration.

My man,

I had a quest 2. Here is what I felt.

My set up: Quest 2, 2 controllers, I used steam for the device. My advice is actually go on steam and buy one of the quality vr players in the store. They actually enhances things a lot.

Pros:
1. Better environment: Feels wrapped in a new place rather than your room.
2. Vr videos are more immersive, like you are there.
3. You can also watch non VR videos using VR. I actually prefer watching this more than watching VR videos. Because it's like a cinema for yourself and the contents. You can also control how close the screen is.
4. You can also enjoy films with VR doesn't have to be porn. And I feel the only difference between the cinema is the audio set up in cinema are better.
5. In general is just more erotic, you can imagine if you watch the same film in cinema and on TV. It enhances effects.

Cons:
1. Money
2. Set up- quite a lot of wires and you would need a rather decent PC/laptop to run it. My gaming laptop becomes hot quickly so I had purchased an extra cooling device that helps my laptop.
3. Eyes- it does put a lot of stress on my eyes due to the VR and 3D effects.
4. Maintaince- if you are not good with mordern technology it can be annoying like when update software and run programmes something like that.

My advice- I am also a fan of numberonefan. And watching his contents using VR is like a small cinema for myself.
Very ertoic.

Now that we have this thread active, I'd like to ask if I must have a FaceBook or Meta account in order to use the Quest 2 for erotic purposes, this is, watching VR and regular porn. That's my only caveat, aside from the money of course, in order to get one of those.

I've taken a look at the Pico 4, looks interesting, but the price is 400€, too much for my budget I think.

In terms of 1) compatibility with a Mac, 2) immersion, and 3) good value, what device would you recommend? And nope, I'm not buying the $3000 Apple Vision Pro LOL

IMO it's subjective. Many people rave about VR-specific 3D videos, but I cannot stand them. I think that technology is still a long way from being immersive, plus the actors try too hard to appear immersive which just makes it cheesy. However, a 2D movie in VR is very cinematic. The headset itself isolates you from anyone else in the room, so it's not so good if you can't rely on having total privacy.

hmm. I'll say this. Nothing gets me to the point as fast as my favorite girls staring into my eyes in VR.
