How you reach your 40 a day is, for the most part, entirely up to you. With a few caveats:
After your morning ritual you may not stroke, edge etc. until late in the day (whatever this means for you), about two hours or so before bed should do.
Every fifth day; so on the 5, 10, 15 etc. you have to open one of the following spoilers, no peeking, and follow the instructions within. Some might be too hard for you… but I figured that would be okay, since you can always choose to ruin… Actually getting punished with only 30 more edges for these seems nice for me, instead if you ruin during one of these challenges you will add 80 instead, that’s right, if you ruin during one of the challenges below you will add two more days.
