In need of a little advice...

I got a small issue. I stroked three minutes more than my Mistress told me I could, and as punishment, she wants me to palm myself (Or, rubbing my glans in circles, if that's not a term you're familiar with) for an hour (Twenty minutes for each extra minute of stroking).
Now this is the most madningly frustrating thing that I have ever experienced, and it's not made any easier by the fact that I can't seem to stay hard while I do it.

I sure as hell don't want to dissapoint her again, but it's not going very well, as you can imagine.

Any advice to help me finish this off properly?

Well, an update, before someone sees this and offers advice (you still can, just not as urgent)

I finished off the punishment about an hour ago, but my cock STILL feels like it's being touched lightly. It's... Torturous. And hopefully something I'll never have to do to myself again. $:\'-($

I followed the "Yes Mistress" series to the word which has lots of edging and head play. My little head was sore for 2 days after I did the second tease of the series.
