My HDD took a dive a few months ago. I am looking for a series of six videos with mostly simple 4 count beat that has different instructions throughout the videos to follow. There are 3 main videos and 3 supplementations that came later; the series have a lot of StacyQ models with multiple intermissions/phases of either to rest or edge. Many thanks.
