The premise is that you have died and you find yourself floating in the ether/void/etc
You have to endure as your loved ones are attacked (sexually of course) as you failed to stay alive.
If you manage to endure you get to go back to before you died.
The chapters will be contain "trans with female" but not "trans with trans" or "trans with male", sorry these do nothing for me.
