I am not much into those CHC's, I let them randomly generate (PM me if you have further questions), but those 'randomly generated ones' definitely don't reach the quality of a handcrafted one, it's basically playing random scenes with a random selected beatmeter, ... a matter of taste, ... but that's not the point.
What I wanna mention is that I saw some older clips which were 'AI enhanced' (Gina Wild if that rings a bell), ... so there are programs out there, ... I never used such a software, and they won't do miracles, BUT they could raise the quality of older clips.
Just google for something like 'Video AI enhancement' or such.
