I think experimentation with the dramaturgy is always good! I sometimes get bored with videos because i know that after the first third all rounds will basically be a mutation of the same content until the end over and over again. Also many Videos fail to progress in intensity all the way to the end, not necessarily because of the content but because of my personal tastes. I don't think i would stop a video just because it slows down, sometimes a break would even be welcome. I explicitly remember some Videos very fondly that went in a more entrancing direction during the middle before ramping back up with the next round.

A pause in the middle of the video can allow the players to "hold their breath" before moving on to something faster and stronger. Thanks for the feeback

Okay, we have to motivate this change in intensity. It's a good thing because we came up with the idea of a sexy narrator who describes each scene with humor, self-mockery and with a spirited wit. So it fits in completely with what you're saying.
As for the duration of 2 hours, I would come back on it with the idea of Wingbong77 to make French Bikini in two parts.

So, I personally would probably suggest to (1) either focus more on shortening the whole video and maybe not use all the material to bring a more focused experience, similarly to Riviera/Touch with around 60 to 80 mins.
Or (2) keeping everything, but splitting the project in two parts, maybe with some kind of storyline (like Canto series) and the possibility to play each part on its own. Or with the first part being strictly softcore and second part a mix of both soft and hard?

I'm very interested in doing it in two parts. A first part totally softcore and a second part that would be a bit hotter with more action. The concept can be really cool.

I think not following the "traditional" approach of a clear progression (clothed, bra off, pants off, etc.) could be very hard to pull off and maybe lead to a weaker suspense. Again, only my opinion, but projects who mix everything without following the traditional progression, e.g. some of the Island series, are not as exciting to me. Basically, the goal is always the climax, so building up the intensity by following the traditional progression just works so very well, because the visual stimulus gets stronger and stronger and leads logically to more intensity and finally the climax.

Indeed, it can be a risk to break the progression. On this point, it may be necessary to keep the classic approach to the content of each round. Intensity is key.

To not follow the usual progression, there would need to be some good reason or explanation included, IMO.

So just as simple ideas for progression:

• There is some kind of storyline and involvement with the women in the video and you are involved by some text lines directly. And the story in round 4 and 5 is something like: The women feel like you just got way too excited when watching them masturbating (round 4), so they decided to take a few steps back and put their clothes on again (round 5).And then there is some twist in round 5 to emphasize their opinion, for example by forcing you to not touch yourself at all. And only in the next round (6) they give you permission again to stroke.

• Or the story happens in a time frame of a few days and round 4 is the ending of the first day. So when starting round 5, it is a new day and the women need to get comfortable with you again, because you just met the day before. So you basically start again with them being clothed.

I don't know, something like this. Just basically a logical explanation for why there is a sudden change back to only teasing or being fully clothed again.

This is in line with what LondonGent has already written above. To summarize, we need to motivate this change in intensity. This will be the role of our "famous" sexy narrator who will play with your frustration... in a benevolent way of course :)

I feel like the intensity of all your earlier projects is good. Slow start and the end is often very intense, which is good. Only wish would be to not end with denial like in Lust Dream (too frustrating ) and also not end like in Riviera, where the player suddenly only has 60 seconds time and the scene doesn't even take place in the setting of the project (beach/pools/sun vs white room in the last scene).

Regarding, the ending of French Riviera, I had no idea how to end lol that brings me to a new question for you guys. How do you build the perfect release/reward round? I'm up for any ideas. This is an area where I have never excelled I must admit. So we can find improvements. Especially with the softcore aspect.

Personally, big fan of softcore and I think projects with just softcore often exceed projects with more hardcore scenes. For example in CH Suave, there is mostly dancing and stripping, often fully clothed, and just a bit of masturbation at the end, but still for me it is one of the best and most memorable projects in a very long time.

My opinion: Using a lot of hardcore is basically "easy mode" from the perspective of the creator (not meaning to disrespect anyone, just my opinion), because the visual stimulus of hardcore is much stronger, which makes testing the stamina of the player much easier. Some projects with strong focus on hardcore just feel uninspired, because as they often depend on "typical" porn scenes, there is not a lot of variance and everything tends to feel like "wow, a round full of [TYPICAL PORN SCENE/GENRE], I have only seen this a million times before, how exciting."
IMO, most hardcore porn on Pornhub, etc. is full of sterotypes and often problematic scenes/positions/scenarios, too often reflecting racist and misogynistic perspectives, so that I personally don't even want to watch it even more.

On this point, I totally agree with you. I don't know what else to say because we're on the same page. (I also respect the creators who use a lot of hardcore content btw)

Generally speaking, I think keeping a focus on softcore is good. Especially as you are such a talented creator that your use of softcore scenes always feels exciting, aesthetic and new. But hardcore can also be fine, as long as you do it as in your earlier videos, not using too violent or stereotypical content.

I would suggest to keep it mostly or maybe completely softcore. I think French Touch was very well done in this regard: If you include hardcore, give softcore players the chance to finish before than switching to hardcore
