I had exactly the same problem when I got to name it. I really had the same thought that trans would probably see them self a woman. But I didn't find a more fitting name for it. And with this title, at least everyone should know what it is about. But I think your right. It is very unfortunate.
I also thought about something like "can you spot the cock", "cock or vagina" or similar, but that's also not that good and I think that would lead to more confusion what this tease is about. They would definitely not make clear that this is about "women" and "trans" but I would expect something like women or man with this title (what would make no sense because that would be pretty easy I guess :D)
I will definitely think about it again and when I find a more fitting way I will rename it :)
And to the second feedback with the more interactive stuff and reward system... I will for sure do that in future teases. This was the first and I just wanted to see how everything works before putting so much effort in an tease.
