I replayed this again tonight, mainly want to share electrode setup as that is what I get asked the most...
I started with CH Emily vs Naomi for warm up, then played through the new one (vi89), and then this one.

vi89 has visual content that is more to my liking (vi22 has more dick imagery than I prefer but choice of "normal-looking" models especially in middle chapters is exquisite), but it is lacking the length that vi22 has to contain all the diversity of estim files for ultimate goon experience.

Related to signals, I remember that best-feeling signal in whole release is 35-40 min (i think 603/798/1003Hz), followed by a section at 1:20 which has something similar but not the same. The one from 35-40 seems to interact perfectly with involuntary nerves in lower spine that control erection. I had to use extra sniff there to contain it.

I was experimenting with electrodes alot, but this time I tried to follow instructions as much as possible (I stim with dual box that has 4 channels), to replicate intended experience. My new favorite electrode config for DPL files is:
- left 1 balls (conductive rubber stripe held by a silicone ring)
- left 2 shaft (conductive ruber tubing ring insulated on bottom side)
- common 1 penis plug (diamond from e-stim systems) + outer ring of bipolar MJ anal electrode (this prevents too strong signals on head since MJ has large surface and needs high volume)
- common 2 corona ring (conductive rubber tubing in 3d-printed holder that also holds the Diamond plug, something similar like Joanne makes), + 2 conductive pads on thighs (again, to avoid too much focus on head)

I think for future I will want to swap r1 and r2 since pads on thighs will better match surface of balls electrode on l1 and shaft ring is similar surface like corona ring.

This allows me to use higher volume than I would without additional common surfaces, so it is possible to feel stronger sensations on prostate and balls without getting head decimated. Since my amplifier has 4 separate volume controls for each channel, I can calibrate them all to feel nice. This setup with both commons on head and both rights on prostate is almost like normal setup with just 2 channels, but I do get finer tuning because I can tune each channel individually so with 5 electrodes it provides more sensations than just 3 electrodes. I used to put one common on MJ plug but I wanted to experience the files as DPL intended.

So much for now, I still need to replay this with dual channel setup :)

That is super cool with the bpm. Do the spikes in heart rate correspond with the popper prompts?

Yes. And no. It was not my first playthrough, and some (most?) propmpts are designed as "edge recovery", while I sometimes took them before the sections I like.

Ok, so finally played dual channel version... time for feedback, the least I can do as a thank you to @rillo

I must say that I mostly consume triphase content, and for this release the bar with triphase version was set very high. But playing dual channel felt like I am watching it for first time again, and for sure I will be playing both of them in the future, each is better in its own way. I noticed the sync between music and stim, and I liked it (I liked the music background in this release, so it was very nice).

Electrodes that I used were MJ bipolar plug on left, with 2 sticky pads on thighs connected to same terminal as the smaller pole of the MJ, and right on balls (conductive rubber strip wrapped around and connected/held in place by a small sticky pad) and diy glans electrode (corona ring out of conductive tubing, that has a sturdy copper wire inside to keep its shape, the ring ends go up on the frenulum side and then back down over the glans.
At least that is how I started but I was not happy because despite the pads, neither of channels had properly balanced surface of electrodes, and then I solved that by using other 2 channels of my box (I have 2 left and 2 right). I connected + of both left channels to large pole of MJ, and one - to outer ring of MJ, and the other to the sticky pads, now I could "balance" the sensations so that it is felt everywhere and not too strong on the small MJ ring. For right, I connected both + of right channels to balls (since it has largest surface area) and added small sticky pad on the base of the penis (top, opposite from balls) that was on one -, and glans electrode stayed on other, so now I could balance the sensation with different volumes to avoid it being too strong on head.

EDIT after 2nd replay, used unipolar anal electrode with pads on thighs, penis similar setup head one wire, other balls and bottom of shaft on top side. I realized I had hotspot(s) first time, causing me to perceive many of signals wrongly. I will now update the spoiler to reflect proper feedback.

Very nice signal for edging/erection stiffening at 9 min.
A spicy section at 32, but not extreme, and very much corresponding to video content.
Extremely nice signal from 57:30, buzzing that has similar effect like the one around 35-40 in triphase version: it stiffens the erection and pushes me to the edge. As this was shortly after poppers prompt, I was able to ride it, but it was so good that I took another hit and notched the volume up, while also raising the headset a bit to see the timestamp so I can remember to write this :)
Apparently I did forgot about this volume up in first play, so remainder of file was out of calibration... now adding feedback that this section should be at least 1db louder, at least on my box since signal is so good but does not have tremolo so does not require twitching - you can ride it out by staying relaxed
There is some effect on the right channel that feels like squeezing of the penis and I was surprised because it felt like triphase signal despite only one channel being on it. I am not sure if conicides with those stop/starts that I saw later every 20 seconds, or it is some kind of interference between frequencies, it felt more often than 20 seconds but hard to tell now, will have to play again. In any case at this moment I knew this will be hard to top and is probably the peak of the experience. This section is about 10 minutes long, and it is only thanks to its repeating pattern of tremolo on left and squeezing on right that it was feasible to ride it out.
checked, squeezing does correspond with stops/starts of the right channel, not sure if there is frequency modulation there

Section from 1:19:20 is using lower frequencies which do not pass well through capacitor in my box so I cannot properly experience them and comment on them. But it is only some 5 minutes in length, so it is not a big deal.

Next section, from 1:27 has strong tremolo and since it was right after poppers prompt I really liked it, challenging, the smooth frequency but tremolo giving it a kick that makes this great edging section but spicy. As the poppers wore of, it became harder to ride it, and it seems to have constant increase in volume, making it even harder. I can see the purpose, this is the last test before finale and is supposed to be hard, but the ramp up along with strong tremolo would completely desenitize me if I manage to ride it through, I tried to use additional poppers but too much of it caused me to loose erection.
Most constructive feedback for section of this type, I could come up with is - maybe it would be possible to gradually shift the carrier frequency up with the volume increase? It might make it more bearable but at same time more interesting. Also maybe changing speed of tremolo as the section progresses would make it more interesting/spicy (I am not sure if it is easy to do it, I think there is plugin for Audacity that can make variable tremolo but I am not expert for it).
This signal or its variations continue all the way to 1:48 and I don't think I would either not reach or not properly enjoy the next sections if I played without cheating (reducing volume for this section).

Then 1:48... flasbhack to 57th minute, similar effect but very strong pumping sensation... very nice, turns erection to rock, then after some 2 minutes transitions into more constant signal that is bit more easier to ride out (if the previous section maximized the erection), and then after 2 more minutes gets a very nice spice to it, hard to predict and really awesome finisher.
After second playthrough I really think that those last 3 sections from 1:48 are masterful and they should definitely not stay only in this release.

And I forgot this but remembered before posting... I really liked how the popper prompts were covered with signals (or silence, for some)!

Hopefully there is something useful in this book I wrote.

@numberonefan - Do you have a recommended estim controller that you recommend for a beginner? I did a little research on what I could find for ones capable of audio input, and they all seem pretty pricey compared to a standard device you can buy on Amazon.

If someone uses Homeassistant to automate this I can provide yaml script sequence I generate from this (where the switch is kept on for Length and delay for next event is automatically calculated as Relative - Length, since delay to next hit starts after you turn it off).

I note several comments mention being unable to last the duration with estim, and am wondering if this is due to calibration. The calibration phase doesn't mention turning the volume up as high as you can endure, as it does in Twisted Tales.

So at the Klinik, is the visitor supposed to calibrate to a level of comfort, or to endurance?

As for comments about content, I wouldn't change anything as it's a work of art. Sure, there are subjective preferences, and some scenes I like more or less than others. But those are just individual tastes (eg someone else wants to cut out maledom, yet I would have loved to see a little more to push the viewer over the edge at the end).

yes, I don't think there is a cue aside from "final countdown" :)

Tested this (skimming through triphase estim) with dual-triphase:
- one common on aneros tempo with one channel on 2 pads on thighs and other on metal cb loop
- other common on 2 40x40mm pads (on foreskin below the glans, on both dorsal and ventral side), left channel on 40x40 pad on shaft just above the balls, and right channel on about 2cm wide loop of conductive rubber sheet around balls.

This seems to be the best configuration I ever tried for this estim since those sweet painful/stingy sections feel very intense but bearable (I could set higher volume than with my usual conductive loops electrodes) and I will use this configuration to play this again.
