We’ll see what happens with your open invitation for more duels though
Feel like you gotta challenge at least one duel to show you have the balls to do so but for every accepted duel the more tickets the more losers. It could get chaotic fast. I think if every person used both duel challenges and they were all accepted with this many players pretty sure everyone except one of us would end up a loser.
Anyone else getting nervous? It’s a while yet to the draw.

What did I do other than host?

But so many have 1 ticket why me? The host can’t have the option of joining late and trying to fly under the radar
Definitely something to consider tying losers to player numbers instead of tickets for future games, curious what others think, would certainly make things less risky.

If you really wanna do double or nothing, we can, if you approve :P
But yeah. Tying it to entrants would be better, because basically, win or lose, every challenge makes every entrant's odds worse since it adds tickets, right?
Unless the same person can lose multiple times, I suppose
Wait is that an official challenge? I can’t tell? You using your last duel challenge?
As far as double or nothing betting tickets you have and a path to get them down is interesting. Not sure how that would work but all interesting ideas for future games. And yeah I hear you about all duels increasing odds, technically it depends on how many tickets total since you only add a loser at every increment of 6, at 7, 13, 19 etc, and no a player can’t lose twice.

It's not an official challenge, I'm just teasing you for losing~
I might wanna save my challenge for someone else, since I already picked you once.

That's a good point. If everyone can only ruin a maximum of once and we keep adding tickets, eventually everybody would have to ruin (if everyone has a mean of 6 tickets). Maybe next round, we could alter the rules so that losing a duel doesn't give you more tickets: instead it enters you into a "loser's roulette" therefore increasing your odds of ruining but not anyone else who hasn't been entered into that second roulette. Alternatively, you could make the duels extra high stakes so that the loser has to ruin immediately. Or maybe the challenger can choose between these 2 options.
And on a side note, I also thought it might be funny to have a tiny chance (like 1%) that when we do the final roulette, it's all flipped around so that everybody who didn't win has to ruin!
Idk, just a couple of thoughts.
p.s. I can still challenge 1 person to a duel, but I want to make it a bit more high-stakes.
Whoever challenges me to a duel next, I'll also throw my duel in there so that the loser will get 4 tickets, rather than just 2.
After that, I'll be out of duels so I'll only be able to do this once, but feel free to keep challenging me afterwards anyway!
Upping the anti by using your duel challenges is a very interesting idea. But since every ticket added effects everybody’s odds I don’t feel it fair to allow that rule change mid game. Maybe before starting the next we revisit a few rules.
What you can do is still challenge to another duel after this one and just spread it out over two duels.
As it stands waiting on switcher to accept or deny the duel challenge.

I'll risk it.
Consider yourself challenged to a duel!
Not sure about all that but some interesting ideas. Maybe for some subsequent games others could take over hosting and change the rules up to their liking for a game so we could test out different ideas.

Also by limiting it to two duels each pretty sure it’s impossible to create a situation where everyone loses. But could create a scenario where the typical odds are so revered that there’s very few winners instead of very few losers.

Well considering what dquary said, I accept and challenge you back in return!
