[Feedback] Cock Hero Round - Doki Doki

Hi Milovana,

I've been a lurker for about 2 years now. I really want to make a full cock hero episode but I want some feedback on this round first (don't know if it will be in the full video). I would also like suggestions for any creator's you would like to see. I personally like softcore and HJ/BJ content and would like to stick with that for the first video.

So I briefly looked at it (good job uploading to spankbang btw, lots of previews are just mega only and its a bit of a hassle to download an unfinished product just to give feedback so the easy access is nice).

A couple notes:

• I will start off by saying the women weren't really my taste, The mature/milf category just isn't my thing (probably because I'm younger) so that may have colored my perception of the work slightly, however if that is what you really like id say stick with is since I'm sure lots of other people like it as well.
• The intensity of the music often didn't feel like it matched the video, you would have a bunch of very fast beats with the intense doki doki song and then have a few longer cuts of women being sensual or slowly grinding on a pillow and stuff. This felt off, the intense music should have intense imagery, such as fast cuts multiple women, more hardcore action (bj/hj in your case). I feel like a lot of the video would be suited to a lower paced song that makes it feel like the tension is building, something slower and more erotic to match the feel of the vid.
• That being said the beatbar was good and seemed to match the music fairly well

The beatmeter offsets more and more from the audio beat as the video progresses. That's the main issue. And from the start, it seems a little late. Do take into account that as light travels faster than sound, our brain is more disturbed by having sound preceding the image but are perfectly fine with the opposite (to a certain extent) because it seems normal to it.

As for the content: nothing to say about girls or music, that's your taste. It may or may not correspond to mine, but you won't have fun if you don't do it for yourself first.

For the feel of the music in regards to the scenes, I think TentacleWork said it all.

Also, I think that the content is progressive but a little too fast paced from softcore to blowjob+cum. It's ok for a quickie or a test like you did but maybe not integrated in a longer video.

I believe that both the content and music are good choices. I will critique, however, that the beat meter does appear to be off from the audio as repsac stated, but I didn't notice it until I went back to check again. I was also confused around the 1:15 mark with the random insertion of two 3-beat patterns between two differing patterns. I understand the visible meter is there to guide but very fast changes with no indicator of a change, like when a video preludes a beat change with 1-2-, can lead viewers to only watch the meter rather than the content.

Overall I think it is well done and I am excited to see how you go further. Best of luck!

I liked it for the most part, apart from the feedback you got related to the beat meter - both girls and music choices.

Here's one thought: maybe try a vertical beat meter. I think it's better suited for this setup and less distracting. Other than that, I can't wait to see your release

And the general type of scene used is just up my street (from non-nude to HJ/BJ )

But agree the music didn't fit the feel of the video - that song would make a good faster round tho.

Just wanted to throw in my two cents with this!

Overall, very nice first round. Composition and cuts were good. I would recommend a few steps to really take this to the next level. Mind you, these are just suggestions, but speaking as a seasoned creator from the past, I feel like you could really set yourself apart with a few unique changes.

1. Hard agree with bradutz on a vertical beat meter. The composition of all the shots you picked calls for a double-sided beat meter that goes vertically on both the left and right sides. Make use of the empty real-estate, since this is a landscape video. You could emphasize focus on the girls while letting people see the beat meter in their peripheral vision.

2. Don't be afraid to pick up additional skills and do your homework. You can learn how to skew objects in whatever video editor you're working with and possibly make a Guitar Hero / Rock Band style beat-meter that goes vertically and beats fall downwards and get bigger towards the bottom of the screen.

3. Feel free to change things up. For example, you have one shot where the subject is on the left 1/3 of the screen. In that instance, you can change it up to one vertical beat meter that's much bigger and have it go down the right 1/3 of the screen. Just to add some variety to the interactive experience.

4. Tinker with the footage. Zoom, scale, crop so that girls are more in the center at all times. You might already be doing some of that, don't be afraid to do it more.

Mature I'd say, yes. MILF just means that it's believable that they're mothers. Most porn actresses start getting cast for MILF roles by the second half of their twenties and up. Technically, an 18yo with a kid can be a MILF, but for most of the porn scenes I see labeled as MILF seem to be cast with late twenties to late thirties women.

That said, that's technicalities. The women cast as MILFs look way too young compared to the MILF I'm married to. :)
