@throwawayacct I'm glad you are finding things to be error free. I try my best to write solid code. I appreciate the Patreon suggestion, but this is my gift to a cool community. I'm enjoying pushing EOS to its limits and I've enjoyed adding to my programming languages, as this is my first big project written in javascript. I am also having a blast creating the world and the characters. Deciding that I'm OK with anime art has been incredibly liberating from a storytelling perspective.
I am now back to work and thus can no longer work full time on LOTP, at least for a while. I'm still going to be putting in around 5 to 15 hours per week though. I think I am on track for a late September release. For 0.9 I am already done with the entire new forest zone. It is also populated with 6 new Psyons (levels 7 and 8, 4 regulars and 2 elites) including their naughty pics and associated combat fetish banter. I also added dozens of new pieces of equipment and weapons to flesh out the loot tables for levels 7 through 9. Current count totals are 15 types of shields, 15 armors, 17 rings and 18 necklaces. These all have unique stats, enchantments and so forth. There are 65 types of weapons, some very rare and others quite common. There are 140 inventory items, which include consumables, special stat boosting charms, quest items, kinky items, items to give to NPCs, random junk you can sell and so on.
On the to do list is adding a handful of quests associated with the new zone and adding some scenes for Kendall and Jean, especially those that will trigger when your actions make one of them much more dominant than the other. There is also a slight chance I'll have time to add in the humiliating and painful jobs in the tavern or Miko's endurance test in the brothel. If anyone wants to suggest what they would prefer I work on first, feel free to let me know.

I vote working on the Tavern since other than playing the angels and demons game, there’s not much else going on in there yet.
Once you make a wish after throwing the pink coin into the well and you’re asked who’s love you want. Is that a riddle or a character?
I know you mentioned giving gifts to the two in the library, which I have been doing. I just don’t seem to be getting anywhere with them or unlocking any other scenes. Is there just not much for them yet or am I missing something?

I was leaning towards the tavern jobs just for that reason and it will offer a cool way to make some money.
Most of Jean's stuff revolves around dandelions (regular and pristine) and dandelions are a resource gathered in the new forest zone. Most of the cool scenes with Kendall are geared around kinky items and voxian artifacts, which can be hard to find. Also, in some cases, you have to gift the item and come back later. It also depends on their exact dominance and disposition. For example, A scene may trigger if you give a naughty kinky item, but only if her disposition is over 50 and her dominance is over 60 or something like that. You can see both of these numbers when you ask them about their relationship with you. Figuring out what sort of gift items do what is meant to be something to casually explore throughout a long playthrough and so having a new zone to play more and level more will also help. Some scenes require the player to be over a certain level. They each have several scenes right now, and more will be added.
When asked about who to wish for with a pink coin with an activated well, it can be any woman that you have met. It then substantially raises that NPC's disposition towards you.

I only ask that testers report bugs and typos (either here or via private message) and provide feedback/suggestions if you wish. I'll probably put out a public version (without the cheat console) once I feel it is in the beta stage. I don't really know when that will be. Honestly, if you put it live and run the big updates like you have, I don't think any of the users - with the understanding they also contribute with bug and error reports - would mind playing it out and waiting for new areas to be loaded...after all its kind of how card games, DnD, Warcraft, and basically the whole genre rolls out. Batch the updates, set a password for cheat menu for the pre-alpha testers, and let 'er rip. I can only speak for my own person, but that small pile of games and estim-content in general, let me play estim-teases more often. Thats the reason, while i like teases like estim-tower the most, because the element of coincidence makes it interesting for more different play-alongs. I think your game could be more giant and open-worlded like smth else in this case and i am curious to discover it. This game is phantastic. I love it.
Unfortunately, the estim calibration on a 2B doesn't work well for me. In the fine tuning, painfile 3 is much louder than all others. I misunderstood this fine tuning. I had hoped that it was possible to increase the volume in file 1 and being able to decrease file 3 volume, but it is all 4 at the same volume. Furthermore, I tried on two different computers and found that volume 50 on one was like 90 on the other, so it will be difficult to give good standard values.

I'm glad you like the game. Yes, tweaking pain file number 3 is on my to-do list, as I've noticed that too. I've also pondered letting the user tweak the volumes on individual sounds as well, but with several dozen already in the game, and many more coming soon, I'm not sure many people would take the time to do that. I'm hoping that with enough tweaks, I can eventually get all the pain files fairly close. Also, I hope to eventually have support for a few specific boxes that will use an alternate sound file for the 10% or so of files that don't work well on the 2B even after tweaking. Because of differences in computers, electrode setups, and eStim devices, getting a consistent feel is very difficult. I haven't played a single eStim game on Milovana that didn't suffer from some degree of the same problem with some signals being far too painful, while others barely register. Some work better than others, probably because the creator had a more similar setup to mine. Certainly, being able to tweak individual files would help mitigate this issue a lot, but it would also be very tedious for the user. As for public release, it is a tricky decision. The game doesn't lend itself to chapters, as I hope to keep it very open world. There is a restriction until the player completes the first main quest simply to help prevent being overwhelmed, but after that there are going to be many options for doing various things at different times. The town is going to get a lot more interesting over the next few updates. Large changes also usually break old save game data, which may annoy people if they don't understand the nature of such development. It is, of course, possible to maintain back compatibility, but it would eat up an inordinate amount of development time.

I'm currently hoping to update Legend of the Psyons to V0.9 October 2nd. There is a slight chance that the release will come a week or so later that that, depending how busy I am this week with my day job. I wanted to give a heads up to testers that might want to finish a playthrough. The update will break previous save data. The update primarily involves the creation of a large new zone north of the city, including the new enemies, and fleshing out Kendall and Jean. Detailed release notes will follow, as per usual.

There is going to be a short delay in the 0.9 release. It will be coming out Monday October 10th and I'll post the detailed release notes at that time. I'm working really hard on this update, but I've had to balance it with a fairly busy week with my day job.
As a quick update on what I've been working on, I just completed Kendall's magic training content for the 0.9 LOTP release. It's a bit like Jean's melee training, but you can select an elemental focus (ice, fire, or shock). Each option has unique dialog and pictures. As Kendall is a thunder witch, training with her can have some... shocking consequences.
I also added the code infrastructure for encounters in the tavern. There are only two encounters possible right now, one for Kendall and one for Jean, but many more will come in the next few releases. They are a great way to influence the girl's disposition and dominance through your dialog choices. Kendall's even caters to a fetish.
Tonight I'm starting work on the tavern job system. I really want to get the basic infrastructure and mechanics of this ironed out before the next release.

V0.9.0 (pre-alpha) of Legend of the Psyons is now live on the private tester link. This is a very large update, featuring a new level 7-8 zone and a lot of other content too. Message me if you want the private link.
--- New Content ---
* Two New NPCs *
- The Demigoddess: Introducing the first demigoddess. I'll leave her name as a funny surprise. She is the guardian of the forest. You must figure out how to summon her at her shrine. Once summoned, you must pass her "test" to gain her boon. She will then move into town in the residential district, where you'll be able to further interact with her, but that district is not yet in the game. She's going to have some unique food for sale.
* New Zone (forest) *
- The new forest zone is located north of the city and is designed for levels 7 and 8. It features a few roads and paths and a river. I tries to learn from lessons of other procedurally generated zones to make to make some improvements in visual diversity. Obviously, a huge zone such as this requires that some pictures repeat, but it draws from a larger pool than the other zones and has improved logic to reduce seeing two of the same pictures next to each other.
- Of course, no new zone would be complete without new enemies. The new zone comes with six new Psyons. Four are regular and two are one star elites. They come with nice new x-rated psyonic images and new combat banter to accompany that picture content.
- The main quest will now lead to a temple in the forest. You'll find that the doors may be locked with various ways to open them. You can not yet enter said temple though, that content is coming in the next update or two. The temple will be a new hand-crafted zone, a bit like the Cathedral in the graveyard.
* Several New Quests * (There are now 30 quests.)
- A bard's tale: Fiona, the bard in the tavern will now send you on a quest to find her lute. Once returned, she'll give you singing lessons and you can use that skill to earn a bit of gold in the tavern.
- The demigoddess will offer a simple kill quest once you get her boon, but you can't turn this in until the residential zone if added in the next update.
- Scarlet offers a new potion: After your second pee session, she may offer you a new type of potion that reduces the intensity of the eStim (both pain and pleasure) for a period of time. This will allow you to endure the more painful boss battles without cheating if you don't have the same pain tolerance for longer battles like those tend to be. You have to gather special ingredients in the forest.
- Hard as iron: Dominique will offer a quest that involves gathering iron ore in the forest. That then allows her to reinforce armor more effectively.
* Miscellaneous *
- Tavern Jobs: This is a fun, new, humiliating and sometimes painful way to earn some extra gold. There is also a progression system. It starts with simple foot worship duty. You'll be put on standby as women call you over to perform various tasks and the like. Most scenes include dialog options and other choices. If you don't do a good job, your pay will be reduced and you'll earn less work experience. But earn enough merit, and you'll get bonus pay and xp. Once you have enough work xp, Nicollet will (in the next update) offer you new, harder, but also better paying jobs. Right now, there are only foot worship jobs. The next update will hopefully include the next two optional additions, perhaps ass worship and CBT. There are currently 10 scenes in the job pool with a focus on feet. Some are more elaborate than others, some are also rare so that it will hopefully take a while before you see them all. You also get a special form of fatigue called work fatigue that fades with time. You can also reduce it by using energy potions or relaxing in the brothel bathhouse. If people have specific fetishes they'd like to see added to the available jobs in the future, feel free to offer suggestions.
- New scenes between Kendall and Jean. If you get one a lot more dominant than the other (easier to get Kendall to dominate Jean) you will see kinky scenes unfold in their offices.
- Major sound overhauls: There are four brand new punishment sounds that the Psyons can use for their attacks. I also made 9 new pleasure sounds that play when you encounter the Psyons. They used to use the same sound files as the zones, but this was always meant to be temporary. I made two special new pleasure files for some of the new kinky scenes. I tweaked the intensities of some of the existing sound files for more consistent pain levels. Some additional tweaking is still needed in the next update. I realized in some late testing that the ball kick sound is still a bit too painful.
- Magic training: Kendall can now train you to do more damage with magic. You can specify your focus in the three primary elements (fire, ice or shock). This works much like Jean's melee training. A new NPC will be added soon to allow for ranged training for balance.
- Tavern encounters: There are now three tavern encounters that can occur when you enter the establishment once certain conditions are met. Encounter chances increase the longer you go without one. This was mostly to get the code infrastructure in place. Many more encounters will come in the next few updates.
- Three new bathhouse encounters: One with Kendall, one with Jean, and one with the new NPC named Roji.
- New boon: Available from the Demigoddess in the forest.
- New potion: Offers pain relief. This has to be unlocked via a quest that Scarlet may give.
- Fishing: There is a location in the woods that you can find to do some fishing. You need a fishing rod. You have a chance to catch some rare fish with powerful temporary consumable effects. You might also catch an electric eel, so beware!
- Dozens of new inventory items, equipment, spells and weapons: Mostly related to fleshing out the level 7-9 loot tables. It probably still needs a bit more expanding.
--- Game Engine Upgrades, New and Altered Game Mechanics ---
- Harvest nodes can now handle harvest tables (a bit like loot tables). This was required to allow for fishing for various species of fish. The harvest code was also expanded to be able to dish out painful damage. (Such as catching an electric eel.)
- Terrain movement penalties and bonuses: In the forest, traveling on the roads and paths reduces travel action point cost, while trailblazing may cost additional ap.
--- Tweaks ---
* Increased the gold in the pouch that can be found in the market district. It is hard to find, so doing so deserved a bigger reward.
* I removed one pic from the fire elemental set, but replaced it with two others to make up for that. The removed pic featured cum, which I want to keep as a separate fetish for a future elite Psyon.
* Adjusted the cost and length of consumable effects for much of the food to make it better and more worth the expense to buy.
--- Cheat Console Upgrades ---
(Developer cheat tools are becoming increasingly important for testing the extensive game content and branching options.)
* Forest: Jumps you to the forest zone.
* Print player data / print world data / print location data: For those looking to use the powerful cheat code that can run javascript in the cheat "console" in real time that was introduced in the last update, these new cheat commands will provide details on some important game objects. See the help file that you can print to the browser console for more detail and examples.
--- Bug Fixes ---
* Fixed a save game error related to rage potions.

My time over the next few updates will be evenly divided between adding quests for the new forest zone, adding new zones, and fleshing out the town. I hope that 0.11 will hit the settled alpha stage, as opposed to the current pre-alpha. By that I mean, all the game mechanics and features will be in place and updates after that will be focused on new content and minor tweaks. Shortly after that, I hope to move to beta.
The following is a to-do list for the next few updates. Please feel free to message me with your personal desires for my focus on 0.10, as I obviously can't get to all of this in a single update. Of course if you have ideas not on this list, feel free to share those too.
- Brothel content, starting with Miko's special "endurance" test before she lets you pay for appointments. This will be a major gold sink.
- More tavern encounters.
- More tavern jobs. Feel free to recommend the types of fetish content that you want to see.
- More dungeon encounters.
- More bathhouse encounters.
- Random town encounters based on quest outcomes, such as fuck demons on the rampage depending on how you resolve Kendall's conjuration quest.
- A new set of "linked" NPCs similar to Kendall and Jean. Their names are Aqua and Ember and I've already gathered and edited their pics.
- A new NPC named Amber. (Not to be confused with ember.) She'll be found in the forest and be a major romanceable set up in the residential district. She'll be able to tighten ranged bow weapons to do more damage and serve as a ranged attack trainer.
- Create the new residential area in the northwest part of town. As you get woman's addresses, you can visit them here. There will be some JRPG dating-sim elements. You'll also be able to spy on the houses for some random hot content.
- Finish the library and a quest I have planned to find out the history of Jean's enchanted sword. This will include an additional librarian NPC.
- Add Raiden's content, Miko's assistant. She is meant to sometimes be left in charge of the brothel when Miko is not there. You see her introduced, but that is all right now.
- Two more mini-games. Angels and Demons is a mix of luck and strategy. I'd like one that is just luck and one that is just strategy. Obviously, the luck one is far easier to program. I have no clear ideas for the strategy one yet, but I really enjoyed inventing Angels and Demons. These will probably be upstairs in the tavern.
- Expand the palace private quarters. I also have some long-term plans to introduce two twin princess NPCs.
- Expand the Temple of the Gear.
- Add the special third piece of equipment quest lines for the mage (cloth armor) and the rogue (shadow ring) to be on par with the existing warrior (necklace, AKA Dominique's slave collar).
- I'm curious on thoughts on this one: I'm giving some thought to redoing Queen Jenyla and Mya in anime form so that I can have a lot of pics to flesh out their content a bit. Additionally, behind the scenes, the queen's code is a big mess because it was the first room I ever coded, and I hadn't really settled on things yet.

- Of course, no new zone would be complete without new enemies. The new zone comes with six new Psyons. Four are regular and two are one star elites. They come with nice new x-rated psyonic images and new combat banter to accompany that picture content.
- The main quest will now lead to a temple in the forest. You'll find that the doors may be locked with various ways to open them. You can not yet enter said temple though, that content is coming in the next update or two. The temple will be a new hand-crafted zone, a bit like the Cathedral in the graveyard.
* Several New Quests * (There are now 30 quests.)
- A bard's tale: Fiona, the bard in the tavern will now send you on a quest to find her lute. Once returned, she'll give you singing lessons and you can use that skill to earn a bit of gold in the tavern.
- The demigoddess will offer a simple kill quest once you get her boon, but you can't turn this in until the residential zone if added in the next update.
- Scarlet offers a new potion: After your second pee session, she may offer you a new type of potion that reduces the intensity of the eStim (both pain and pleasure) for a period of time. This will allow you to endure the more painful boss battles without cheating if you don't have the same pain tolerance for longer battles like those tend to be. You have to gather special ingredients in the forest.
- Hard as iron: Dominique will offer a quest that involves gathering iron ore in the forest. That then allows her to reinforce armor more effectively.
* Miscellaneous *
- Tavern Jobs: This is a fun, new, humiliating and sometimes painful way to earn some extra gold. There is also a progression system. It starts with simple foot worship duty. You'll be put on standby as women call you over to perform various tasks and the like. Most scenes include dialog options and other choices. If you don't do a good job, your pay will be reduced and you'll earn less work experience. But earn enough merit, and you'll get bonus pay and xp. Once you have enough work xp, Nicollet will (in the next update) offer you new, harder, but also better paying jobs. Right now, there are only foot worship jobs. The next update will hopefully include the next two optional additions, perhaps ass worship and CBT. There are currently 10 scenes in the job pool with a focus on feet. Some are more elaborate than others, some are also rare so that it will hopefully take a while before you see them all. You also get a special form of fatigue called work fatigue that fades with time. You can also reduce it by using energy potions or relaxing in the brothel bathhouse. If people have specific fetishes they'd like to see added to the available jobs in the future, feel free to offer suggestions.
- New scenes between Kendall and Jean. If you get one a lot more dominant than the other (easier to get Kendall to dominate Jean) you will see kinky scenes unfold in their offices.
- Major sound overhauls: There are four brand new punishment sounds that the Psyons can use for their attacks. I also made 9 new pleasure sounds that play when you encounter the Psyons. They used to use the same sound files as the zones, but this was always meant to be temporary. I made two special new pleasure files for some of the new kinky scenes. I tweaked the intensities of some of the existing sound files for more consistent pain levels. Some additional tweaking is still needed in the next update. I realized in some late testing that the ball kick sound is still a bit too painful.
- Magic training: Kendall can now train you to do more damage with magic. You can specify your focus in the three primary elements (fire, ice or shock). This works much like Jean's melee training. A new NPC will be added soon to allow for ranged training for balance.
- Tavern encounters: There are now three tavern encounters that can occur when you enter the establishment once certain conditions are met. Encounter chances increase the longer you go without one. This was mostly to get the code infrastructure in place. Many more encounters will come in the next few updates.
- Three new bathhouse encounters: One with Kendall, one with Jean, and one with the new NPC named Roji.
- New boon: Available from the Demigoddess in the forest.
- New potion: Offers pain relief. This has to be unlocked via a quest that Scarlet may give.
- Fishing: There is a location in the woods that you can find to do some fishing. You need a fishing rod. You have a chance to catch some rare fish with powerful temporary consumable effects. You might also catch an electric eel, so beware!
- Dozens of new inventory items, equipment, spells and weapons: Mostly related to fleshing out the level 7-9 loot tables. It probably still needs a bit more expanding.
--- Game Engine Upgrades, New and Altered Game Mechanics ---
- Harvest nodes can now handle harvest tables (a bit like loot tables). This was required to allow for fishing for various species of fish. The harvest code was also expanded to be able to dish out painful damage. (Such as catching an electric eel.)
- Terrain movement penalties and bonuses: In the forest, traveling on the roads and paths reduces travel action point cost, while trailblazing may cost additional ap.
--- Tweaks ---
* Increased the gold in the pouch that can be found in the market district. It is hard to find, so doing so deserved a bigger reward.
* I removed one pic from the fire elemental set, but replaced it with two others to make up for that. The removed pic featured cum, which I want to keep as a separate fetish for a future elite Psyon.
* Adjusted the cost and length of consumable effects for much of the food to make it better and more worth the expense to buy.
--- Cheat Console Upgrades ---
(Developer cheat tools are becoming increasingly important for testing the extensive game content and branching options.)
* Forest: Jumps you to the forest zone.
* Print player data / print world data / print location data: For those looking to use the powerful cheat code that can run javascript in the cheat "console" in real time that was introduced in the last update, these new cheat commands will provide details on some important game objects. See the help file that you can print to the browser console for more detail and examples.

My time over the next few updates will be evenly divided between adding quests for the new forest zone, adding new zones, and fleshing out the town. I hope that 0.11 will hit the settled alpha stage, as opposed to the current pre-alpha. By that I mean, all the game mechanics and features will be in place and updates after that will be focused on new content and minor tweaks. Shortly after that, I hope to move to beta.
The following is a to-do list for the next few updates. Please feel free to message me with your personal desires for my focus on 0.10, as I obviously can't get to all of this in a single update. Of course if you have ideas not on this list, feel free to share those too.
- Brothel content, starting with Miko's special "endurance" test before she lets you pay for appointments. This will be a major gold sink.
- More tavern encounters.
- More tavern jobs. Feel free to recommend the types of fetish content that you want to see.
- More dungeon encounters.
- More bathhouse encounters.
- Random town encounters based on quest outcomes, such as fuck demons on the rampage depending on how you resolve Kendall's conjuration quest.
- A new set of "linked" NPCs similar to Kendall and Jean. Their names are Aqua and Ember and I've already gathered and edited their pics.
- A new NPC named Amber. (Not to be confused with ember.) She'll be found in the forest and be a major romanceable set up in the residential district. She'll be able to tighten ranged bow weapons to do more damage and serve as a ranged attack trainer.
- Create the new residential area in the northwest part of town. As you get woman's addresses, you can visit them here. There will be some JRPG dating-sim elements. You'll also be able to spy on the houses for some random hot content.
- Finish the library and a quest I have planned to find out the history of Jean's enchanted sword. This will include an additional librarian NPC.
- Add Raiden's content, Miko's assistant. She is meant to sometimes be left in charge of the brothel when Miko is not there. You see her introduced, but that is all right now.
- Two more mini-games. Angels and Demons is a mix of luck and strategy. I'd like one that is just luck and one that is just strategy. Obviously, the luck one is far easier to program. I have no clear ideas for the strategy one yet, but I really enjoyed inventing Angels and Demons. These will probably be upstairs in the tavern.
- Expand the palace private quarters. I also have some long-term plans to introduce two twin princess NPCs.
- Expand the Temple of the Gear.
- Add the special third piece of equipment quest lines for the mage (cloth armor) and the rogue (shadow ring) to be on par with the existing warrior (necklace, AKA Dominique's slave collar).
- I'm curious on thoughts on this one: I'm giving some thought to redoing Queen Jenyla and Mya in anime form so that I can have a lot of pics to flesh out their content a bit. Additionally, behind the scenes, the queen's code is a big mess because it was the first room I ever coded, and I hadn't really settled on things yet.
