Can I ask why? I did that few times by mistake (trying to prevent one until I learned how to stop it), but there is no any benefit from doing it.

so the easiest way in my opinion would be to sit on something that presses onto your perineum for example a tennis ball. I mean you could also just do it manually it's basically up to you.
Retrograde ejaculation is actually a rather serious condition though that most people want to avoid or even get rid of if they have it. So be cautious when doing it too often because you might take irreversible damage. (train your body to do this naturally)

If you press between prostate and penis, you block the urethra and ejaculate has to go back to bladder. You do not really accomplish anything, is not enjoyable, is not "ruined" is not healthy (on the contrary).
If you press right spot, probably exactly on prostate, you can prevent its pulsing when you start to ejaculate, you also need to not twitch your penis and learn how to keep everything very relaxed, with a bit pressure on prostate you will stop the pulsing and ejection of precum/semen. Compared to retrograde ejaculation you should not have that feeling of numb pain, no semen in urine if you piss immediately after and there might be small amount of precum/semen ejected depending if you managed to properly relax. I am not sure if this is unhealthy but if it is then is also technique of training to clench and hold your pelvic muscles, with big difference that clenching and holding causes premature ejaculation while relaxing and not clenching at all allows you to orgasm without ejaculation.
I use that to reduce amount of semen I loose if I am playing with myself when away from my wife... normally for real sex is never needed - I don't need to stop ejaculation as I can ride the plateau until we both get enough and we end it, I don't feel the need to ejaculate as whole edging phase feels like several minutes of orgasm and I don't feel the need for it, I can stop being horny after that and I feel much more energized and healthy than when I ejaculate.

Try kneeling with the heel of your foot pressing firmly on the perineum. I have used this method successfully; it really was an unusual experience, having the sensations of an orgasm but no cum.

Like many, I did this accidentally a few times trying to hold my cum after spilling over.
I've blocked the urethra by pressing down with one or two fingers. Pretty sure I've also squeezed or pinched the cock hard enough with the other hand to help cut off the flow. Hold it for a few minutes after ejaculating, and nothing comes out when you let go.
