I know it could be difficult. I have the same problems with it.
1. Freeze your cum like a ice cube and day later. Before you wanna cum again, eat it. It is not the same as eating fresh sperm directly. But you can eat it more easy. I did it once and it worked for me
2. fix your arm e.g. with handcuffs to your bed or somewhere else. Take a glas where you can NOT reach the bottom with your fingers. Fill it a little with water and some drops red wine, just so much you do not want to make a mess on your bed, when you would fill it out. Put the keys of your handcuffs in the glas. Then cum into the glas. There is no way out except of drinking. If you are really mean, you can put some urin inside.
