Well, I’ve found the original video for most of it, esp. the first section, if that helps :)

Well, that’s one of the closest I’ve got to a HFO :D (aside from managing one once with a v91 vid on spankbang).

Normally I default right to perineum, left/common to shaft base and just below head underside.
This time, I *think’ - just as general experiment since I’d not tried it before - a 6mm CR tube loop in ass, then one of left/common to perineum, other to just below head (using 2cm tens pads, seems to work better for me than CR loops).
It’s probable that I’ve swapped common/left from the previous times I’ve run the video rather than the electrode placement change, but it’s the best so far :) Gives a pulsing sensation kinda deeper in than the scrotum, but a really cool low level tickle at the upper underside of the cock, rather than the sort of pulsing that’s often felt, and usually too intense. Tbh, only ran the first two (ie repeated) sections before breaking off, but I’ll have to try the whole lot again with the same setup. HTH :)

If you were asking about the wiring I have a StereoStim device I've built a few years ago. For your video I use L+ and R+ with a conductive rubber loop in the head. R- in the base with an adhesive pad and L- in the ass with another pad.
