I have a question regarding a part of the reports. For the amount of time it takes to reach the required number of edges, do we include the time at the beginning of the video before we start stroking (for example 13:25 in the first stage Gina Valentina video,) or does the report only include the time after stroking starts?

The most important part for the game is the time you spend by stroking before edging (or more ). So, you should give the time from the moment you start stroking.
But you can give the two info, for instance like as follow:

start stroking at 12:00
40 edges reached in 8:29 (at 15:29) or 32 edges + Ruin at 7:32 (19:32)

Oh, and since we're right at this topic: is there any special announcement to make if someone wants to leave the tournament?

You can leave and come back anytime you want. So if you have less time or just want to skip a couple of rounds you can do that easily and just join in later again. So if you do have some timing trouble you could just skip a round here and there no problem.

Of course if you want out completely, and for instance cum without facing a penalty. Giving us a little heads up is of course nice. Then we'll know not to look for you any longer. As stated above you can skip rounds, but you're still denied a full orgasm for the entire Tournament if you do plan on returning later.
