why would someone put the time and energy into hypnotizing you, when you've provided zero info about what you bring to the table, who you are, what motive one might have to do it? hypnosis takes a lot of care and effort to do right, and all anyone knows about you is you're someone named Matt?

i'm sure this comes across as combative, but really, this is pretty important.
