It's a pain to write this, but it's going to be my first negative feedback.
I really didn't enjoy it and the reason for that is pretty much what you've predicted in the post set note:
You overloaded on the one mechanic (changing rules) that completely didn't hit it for me.
It's not that I don't like it at all, in fact the other sets that I've already received also incorporated it to good effect, yours was just too much.
Another thing you managed to stumble upon is women commenting on how I should enjoy their feet in various ways - while they're still in shoes. That's just a big no-no for me, it doesn't matter how transparent/visible the shoes are. It just lead to disappointment when, for example, one of the woman kept expecting me to edge to "her feet (and boobs)" while I was still waiting for her to show the feet! This mismatch completely took me out of it and by the time she actually took of the shoes for the last few pictures I was already kinda done with it tbh.
You are also way over doing 4th wall breaking references to other players and yourself in particular. This combined with all the other problems made it feel as if you made a set for yourself more than for me.
Just look at it from my perspective:
- wanting to change all the rules and commenting how the rules are shit
- missing key part about my rules of bare feet (no shoes)
- constantly commenting how this other player (yourself) is and what rules does he have
It just really did come off as very self-serving and self-aggrandizing. I know that's not what you meant to happen (or at least I hope so) but it did have that effect for me, unfortunately.
Can't really comment on the length and difficulty because I didn't enjoy the set in the "proper" way. For once I didn't edge as much as I should because I kept waiting for the models to present their feet in the way they indicated in the dialogue - which then come way later than expected. And then I wasn't really that turned on overall because of all the issues.
The only thing I enjoyed was the picture and model choice.

You can indicate a different starting X if you want to adjust this or make things harder/easier.

When I read through your rules, I focused in on the part where changing footwear would increase the stroke count. Somehow I managed to confuse myself and missed the part where there are no strokes if shoes are worn, but changing out of shoes still increases the stroke number. I looked back and the wording was always clear, I just messed up the detail of it. Again, I apologize for missing that pretty key detail, which obviously messed up the entire structure of the set.

The next thing is I usually assume any rules for stroking mean to stroke without edging. So, I was writing from the premise that the only time you would edge is when the ladies specifically told you to or gave you a rule for it. Your updated rules make this part much more clear that enough stroking will lead to you to edging.

As for the references, they were definitely not meant to be self-serving and was meant to be exactly the opposite of 4th wall breaking. A lot of the players have enjoyed links between themes and personalities as if the girls are actually around teasing the different players and playing the game themselves. Add this to my misread of your rules and assuming the girls needed an ‘excuse’ to make you edge, and yeah the whole idea collapses.
