The short answer is no, not directly.
This is not a personality as such I try to keep specific fetisches to a minimum.
The focus is Tease and Denial.

However, there are instances where you have influence.
For instance within the JOI sessions you can choose to find a porn containing those elements you mention.
There are also cases where you can do a Milovana webtease, again here you have the option to choose one you think caters to your likes.

Status:

Everything is going well - I am definetly still on track for an april release.
Still finding bugs though, but nothing too bad

My todo-list is growing ever shorter:
- Secret stuff, not gonna spoil (I expect to be done this week)
- Add more @RT() to repetitive scripts.
- Add more voiced taunts and sound effects.
- Create a script to help locate errors with variables, flags etc.
- Create a setup/install guide then release.

I am working with high pressure on it, but I guess I cannot release in time with Masturbatrix, ... would have loved to do so, but well, ... details take their time.

I guess you mean to switch between personalities?
If so then yes, you can switch between MissBlue, Masturbatrix, House of Tease or any other personality without any problem, the progress of each personality is stored in that specific personality-folder.

But just as a hint:
You can also have more than one Tai-Folder, so you could make one for MissBlue (that one you already have), and another one for Masturbatrix, that would have the advantage of different settings for both personalities like different Domme (-pictures), maybe even other contacts, and so on, so you have 'your' MissBlue-Mistress (pictures) for MissBlue, and maybe another Domme/Mistress for Masturbatrix.
(I use it that way and have different dommes for each personality, so there is more variation when I play other personalities).

I had spent quite some time on a few elements that I have had to remove for now.

Are those elements finished?

Anyway, take your time testing it, personally I wouldn't mind if it would be released a week later.

I am using your unofficial patch

The elements are finished and working in their testing state yes :)
I stopped when I realized the issue with Tease-AI skipping lines related to the @RapidCodeOn
Without that command it was just a horrible experience

I am almost done!
I am testing the final stuff now, then I will do a "beta" release.
A release where I expect bugs. Then The next weeks will be fixing the bugs report that people will hopefully provide
