Hey friends,

Skerrako here, I am a longtime porn compilation creator and involved deeply in the PMV world. I've had an account here for almost 5 years but this is my 1st thread, glad to pop that cherry! Since I know that there are some editors (and potential editors) here on Milovana so I just wanted to say hello and make you aware of a fun PMV event that happened in May every year: The World PMV Games. Please see the information below! accepting all levels from 1st time PMV makers to even seasoned Cock Hero editors

• When will the event take place? - Every year on the 13th of May (Uploading can begin May 6th).

• Who can participate? - Everyone that makes a video according to the rules.

• How will the winner be determined – There will be an panel of judges using the same criteria for each video, from both the editing side and Fan side. There will also be a public poll vote that will function as one judge as well.

• How long will the evaluation process last? - 2 weeks, starting after the 13th of May.

• What can I win? - The winner's video will get sticky post featured for a whole month, a custom digital trophy and in addition rankings #1-3 will receive an invite to The Empornium! There are also Special categorical awards\recognition that will be given out.

!!! RULES for 2022 !!!

(1) 6 minute absolute maximum

(2) World PMV games 2022 must appear in your video title

(3) Theme must focus around: "Battle!" Choose 2 Porn objects (Studio's\Pornstars\Sex Actions) and pit them against each other in some way

(4) One entry per person (5) Cannot submit a previously released edit, no remixes or rehashes.

(5) must be uploaded by between May 6th - May 13th 2021

Judging is based on the following criteria only:

Beat sync: How the visuals and beats (music) combine and align.
Audio Levels/mixing: Sound quality of both music, porntrack and any other audio elements
Visual flow: The quality and elements of the PMV from an purely ocular standpoint.
Creativity of Theme: How creative the theme(s) and presentation of them are.
XXX Factor: That level indescribable feeling we all get when watching a well put together PMV, regardless of the content it focuses on. Stated differently: The ease to which any person could fap to the PMV.

I'm following the PMV scene, and for the last years I many times have thought about making an entry, but instead I have always been busy with my own (sometimes very big) projects.

I was thinking about making an entry this year. But at the same time also make the video in such a way it will work as a CH (just have a separate version with beatmeter pretty much).

If others here from milovana is up for it. I think it could be cool to make a 2022 PMV games CH out of the individual rounds. It might be quite a patchwork of styles. But I think it could still be cool to do. If for nothing else than spreading the awareness of Cock Hero vids! The patchwork style will probably also be a throwback to the early days. Maybe we could even bring back the round gong :P

As for my contributions. It will be my usual style. High intensity hardcore porn and heavy focus on synced action and framing. as well as minimal use of "video effects" (which I for the most part consider way overdone in many pmvs.) So this one might be one of the later rounds.

Well that is one amazing idea! and I would love to see it certainly requires a high degree of coordination. And like you mentioned, if you have been busy alot with your own projects, as are most other creators . But That would be really cool, like a CH version of the PMV League almost. Awesome thought
