I am a single straight boy and I want to start a period of denial, and I need some advice about what it's better to do in this period.

How often should i stroke my cock and eventually edge? Is it better to stay completely denied, eventually look at some porn without touch at all? Or do some daily stroke and edge making my cock licking precum every day?

As a denied boy, you shouldn’t have access to touch your Mistress’ cock at all. It needs to be locked away so that the only time it gets stroked is when Mistress allows you to touch it. Otherwise, the temptation to play with for your pleasure is always there.

Perhaps I should start doing one/two sessions at week.

it really depends on your preferences/willpower what's best for you .
For myself I can say that no stimulation at all feels boring and not what I want to achieve when I deny myself, while too much stimulation greatly increases the risk of having an unexpected orgasm.
In my opinion it is a process of trial and error to find the best balance for yourself.
I think a better advice from the community needs some more info:
How experienced are you with denial?
How often do you orgasm normally?

I'm into teasing and denial since a lot of years ago, perhaps 15 years: now I can get to cum once every couple of days, or I can stay denied and cum only once at month or so, or even stay denied for longer period of time.

I think you have quite a lot of experience then, more than me, so not sure if I can give you any advice, but I can tell you about myself. Only recently have I been able to go denied for extended periods of time (meaning more than 2 weeks; I was stuck at 2 weeks as my record for the longest time, then I managed to make it to 3 weeks and on). Currently, I'm at 2 months and counting. My goal is to make denial permanent, though of course this is most likely just a fantasy. Now, even though I have a gf, when we have sex I don't cum, ideally I want to only orgasm when I'm trying to have kids someday.
