Any chance beating the Castle in a run can add to your score?

Overall, amazing release! Normal mode feels like the missing piece to the puzzle for me, really breaking up the game and forcing different strategies for early and late runs.

It feels a little cheap, but you can enter and exit the shop as many times as you need until the Heroine appears. Could this event get triggered when you enter the City on a certain day instead?

Again, really enjoying Normal Mode! Keep up the good work. I'm enjoying each new version more than the last!

It's cheap :lol: But visiting the shop should have advanced the time by one hour (Fixed!).
This should discourage this kind of behavior.

@edit: forgot to mention that beating the Castle will now award the player with +100 score

If you lose to Mia after day 15 and get abducted by her, the game will still save when you escape.

Not really, this is a bug that has been going on for a while and it always seems to come up again no matter how much I fix it :unsure:

I really like the updates and new enemies. Re-tuning the honour system for the Tavern is a huge quality of play upgrade.

Bugs:

Opinions of mine

3rd tier max lust/HP perks with wait status are overpowered by a crazy degree, especially with how much HP/lust you gain with the perks. If you haven't put anything else into boosting HP of Lust, you would have 190, which means waiting will recover a min of 38 points. It becomes impossible to lose an encounter. 10% recovered may be enough to still be worth taking the perk.

Tavern jobs are still very short, and the chance of triggering the extra scenes is super low, especially given how many jobs there are and the fact that you can only do one per day. A possibility is to have the jobs always run for the full length of time with gold gain affected by addiction level. Addiction 1-5 = 1 gold per page, 6-10 = 2, 11-19=3, 20+ = 4. This gives some incentive for carrying more addiction points.

The guaranteed encounters are a little annoying. I feel like the night encounter could have a 20-30% chance of happening. This would make running around naked risky, but not immediately punished.

2 hrs to/from the city is a time sink that dramatically decreases how much of the game you can see in a run, which is not great. I have always been of the opinion that seeing more of the game is better. My understanding is that the time was increased to prevent abusing the church, but that I think has been solved by having the church encounter.

Not being able to go to the Deep Forest if you are carrying addiction points is also annoying. I feel like Lisa's Bad Ending could be triggered after a loss to her when carrying a lot of addiction points, rather than just having the points, or have a lust check like Zoe. It would also make sense for her to deal double lust damage if you can't stop thinking about her.

The other thought is to have the addiction level required to trigger the bad end (Lisa or the City) be based on max lust. This would mean that later in the game you would be able to play with carrying more addiction if you have more lust (which is viable and fun for every other aspect of the game). I feel like 20% of your max lust would be a good starting point to test.

I think it would be interesting if you had an encounter that would only happen if you exceeded a certain stat level which would decrease said stat. Something like if you have Lust or HP over 250 or attack over 40, you have a 20% chance to trigger an encounter with a succubus/vampire/nurse/witch that will play out with you having stats taken away incrementally until you are down to say, 200/30 or so. At this point you get let go because you are too weak to be interesting any more.

you have code to divide attack by 2 when you become dominated by Laura but no code to restore it when you get away. I suspect the same is happening with Rose.

In looking at all your combat stuff, you might find use in making a function "Player_attack()" that will look at what's going on in the moment and return the combat attack value. It would be a lot cleaner than what you are doing now where every time you change the player you modify the global value for attack. The function would have most of the same code:
What is base attack value?
What weapon is being used?
What status effects are being enforced, dominated/stronger/weakened?
and it would return an instanced value instead of modifying the global 'attack' variable

Hiii!! I played the game like 5 times haha. You did an amazing work and i hope to see more updates soon :D

Maybe you already know, but i think there is a bug that someone dominate you and it doesn't go away even after the fight (It also happened to me with some other quality that I don't remember).

A point that i dont really understand is why sometimes you lose a fight and the game ends, and sometimes it continues?

Something id love to see :-P is more explicit shemales pics and maybe more pics in fights, dreams and tavern. That would be so hot!

I hope this doesn't get implemented. That sounds super obnoxious. I'd rather suggest people who don't like this to play legacy mode. I like Normal Mode specifically because after enough runs you can get super OP and harvest the fruits of your previous runs. This just kills an incentive to go for really high stats.

I hope this doesn't get eaten up due to the new version coming out soon.

Have you looked into OEOS yet diogaoo? I thought it would be extremely complicated, but everything is built into the EOS Editor (you can't be in incognito mode for them to work). It's really easy to add most of the OEOS stuff into a tease.

Adding GIFs would make some of these battles way more interesting, in my opinion.

fapnip has great tutorials on his wiki page if you're interested at all.

Hey all, just a quick reply before uploading v1.05b.

I've read all the comments and thank you everyone for the feedback and suggestions, I fixed all the bugs mentioned here. If anyone notices that a bug hasn't been fixed, please let me know in the v1.05 thread or via DM.
I read and really liked some of the comments, some would definitely make my life easier, I'll try to implement them in version 1.15 (v1.10 just dropped).
