A while back I started dabbling with the idea of releasing a chat-bot tease, but shelved it due to the amount of work it would actually take to make it playable, and the guess that there would be little interest in it because it would require the player to type.
After releasing the simple demo a few days ago (basically just the original ElizaBot dropped into Eos with some pictures added) with the intention of abandoning the idea, I decided to brush the dust off a more advanced version I'd been working on to make it at least usable in a preview.
Here's that slightly more advanced version, cleaned up a touch, but a long way from release:
(It needs a huge amount more work for it ever to be released, like having the bot say more interesting things, fix up some of the NLP, remember more things, infer and remember sex/intentions/interest/preferences from the player interactions, do some JOI like things, etc., etc.)

So, the question is, should I completely abandon it as I had planned, or does its meager beginnings interest any of you?
Vote or otherwise let me know your thoughts.
