Extracting the text from a webtease

Hello guys, I just recently discovered cactusman Dr.Pavlova series through another forum where he posted it up to chapter 14 in the form of a single text story without pictures. I loved reading the story in this way and I was anxious to read the continuation which I found here, but the form of webtease where you have to continuously press continue to keep reading isn’t just for me. Is there a way to extract the text so that I can read it as a whole story? Thank you

you could use this tease downloader: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=24101
But you will also get all the images AND the text is within an xml file from which you have to delete a lot of xml-code before you have it as a continuous text.
The easiest way in my opinion would be to go through every page of the tease and just copy the text to a local editor.
