I relate to this v much haha I have a lot of studying I have to do too but it's hard to find the motivation to focus, especially when I'm horny. Back when I was still in high school and still had to take math, I would set a timer to work on each problem, and if I finished the problem before the timer finished, I could jerk for the rest of the timer. It helped with motivation and I actually ended up finishing my homework much faster than if I had tried to work on it normally, so I think there is some merit to this

You could make a lottery game built with timers. For example, you could have it tell you to study for 1 hour, and it would have a 1 hour timer. You could have it play a sound after the hour is up so you know you can take a break. Then it could have another timer (say 15 minutes) where it would allow you to go through some random images to stroke, and at the end of the timer you could have it loop back to the same page with the 1 hour timer again.
1. upload a number of images, best not more than ~100
2. Start page (If you want to be fancy you can add a couple prompt actions you can use to customize the lengths of your timers, otherwise you can change them in the editor) add a choice action for a button to start the game by going to Page 1
3. Page 1 add the 1 hour timer and add a sound that should play at the end of the timer, followed by a choice action with a button you can click on to go to your stroke page
4. Page 2 will loop with itself over and over until the break timer ends, then it'll go back to Page 1 for another study interval. On Page 2 you could have it start with a random image from your gallery, if you want to add metronome audios you could have it select a random one, and you can use a timer to have it loop back with itself. If you want to add specific tasks obviously that might take a bit more effort. If you wanted to edge every time at the end of the break, you could put a choice action at the end of the break timer to prompt you to edge, and the button would take you back to Page 1. Just some ideas in case you were interested in making something like that.
