Really enjoying this new version. If you have a bit of luck you can really get strong and defeat a lot of enemies, so I guess people might like this more. From a tease perspective it is most fun to be forced to lose sometimes though. :blush:

A couple bugs/thoughts...

I noticed when I defeated Lisa after she 'did it herself' the sound played for quite a while after the combat.
Also I'm kind of wondering what triggers her to do that, is it just a rare attack?

I found some kind of bug where after you lose a battle you keep the restrained status, except it doesn't function. Which seems to make you immune to restrain from that point on (?). I'm not exactly sure how I caused it, I think it was losing to Raven. If I manage reproduce it I'll let you know.
I'll keep playing though, I'm pretty hooked on this game. Thank you for your efforts :-)

Hey there,

you're releasing quite quickly. I've tried once and got stuck on a bug at Laura.

After her lust hit 100 I got stuck on the first insertion picture with no buttons, so kinda froze. I used the church and tavern before that.
Edit: I think i clicked too fast.
I'll try again and give more feedback later.

Edit: I keep accidentally clicking on sleep. ^^

I'm sorry to hear about the sleep button missclicks, maybe adding a confirmation before 22:00 should help with that, what do you think?

Okay this is legit now one of my favorite teases. The premise is just so good.

If I had one thing to say its that the game has a really bad habit of putting you in a position where you literally cannot take any action other than look a random blue potion drop because you can no longer win any fights. I think there needs to be an action the player can take without gold that would reduce things like corruption and addictions even if it eats a lot of time because otherwise the only option at that point is to restart.

Again, with that said I think you've done a great Job so far! Can't wait for more

I had an idea. What if there was a rehab center in the city. Maybe you can spend a long time there and overcome your addiction. Maybe there's even a rare chance of a girl breaking in to mess with you :-D

In fact, the initial premise was that corruption and addiction were permanent. As the development of the game progressed, I noticed that it was not a viable strategy, especially with addictions, which still increases considerably at every encounter.

However, corruption is different, the main way to increase the level of corruption is by losing battles, this makes the player think twice before facing an enemy and I would like it to continue that way, I'm not a big fan of trivializing defeat, since the defeat should be the entire player's responsibility.
It should be possible to recover after one or even two lost battles, but three or more would make the run prone to a Bad End (early game over), with that there will be no need to restart, the game would do that for you :-P

That being said, maybe an event with the features mentioned by Kristycookie at the church (to avoid building a new location) could be arranged, maybe the NPC's at the event would welcome the Hero at first, but as his frequency to the place increases, the NPCs start doing naughty things to him (?)

True, although you do need some potions to have a good chance against some of the harder enemies I think. I suppose my line of thinking is that the real challenge would have been not be to beat the game but to do so with a good score/quicker. So you could spend a load of time "healing up" if you like but it's gonna tank your score. The trade of though is that even those people with smooth brains like me can see all the content. Just not gonna top the high score charts :-D

Also I may have hit a bug? I built the wooden knuckles from the forge but my damage stat didn't change? Do I need to equip them somehow?

You need the backpack to equip items :-)

Yeah, rn the player is required to have a backpack, craft the item, head to the base and equip the item at the backpack menu.

I got a great suggestion from one of my patrons that will be implemented in version 0.8: If the player already have the backpack after crafting anything, an option will appear asking if he would like to equip it right after crafting. If by chance he doesn't have the backpack, a warning will be given that he needs the backpack to equip items.

This should improve the quality of life and make things a little less confusing.

I find the difficulty really hard.
Maybe it could be great to be able to craft a blue potion?

I have played the game a decent number of times now and really enjoy it, very well done. I have one main piece of feedback and one smaller idea. The biggest piece of feedback is avoiding positive feedback loops that don't lead you towards an ending. Once you cum once or twice in losing a battle, your corruption is high enough that it is almost impossible for you to win future battles, meaning you don't have gold to buy things to help and each battle you lose keeps making your situation worse. I found the one bad ending with Sophie, but outside of that I haven't seen any actual endings other than the automatic ending after 14 days. I do think once you're at that point of you're unlikely to ever win battles again and your corruption is over 20, let's say, that you would have an ending where the woman who beat you owns you or something like that, just for closure rather than feeling like you're giving up.

The smaller piece of feedback is being able to buy the blue potion for maybe 50 gold in the store, the swinginess of randomly getting that exploring is huge as it's so powerful and I think it would make sense to be able to buy it.

One other thought for you - if the player's options were more interesting and varied during attacks, that would be really cool. I think having the option to either attack or to try to drive up their lust (the same way their characters have those two options), or maybe some actions that do a bit of both, would be much more interesting than just attacking every single time.

Again love the game and excited to see future updates!

I have to agree here. I can always get past Sandy and Wendy without much trouble, or even with some bad luck. After them though, it spirals into a waiting game for blue potions from a lab or a statue/stream. You're too weak after the boss fight to sustain enough money to lose addiction points.

I would not be able to beat Helen without some (or a lot of) blue potion luck, meaning a lot of runs never even have the chance to get into the Deep forest.

Unrelated:
I think the Forge should cut dialogue after the first event interaction. It is a bit annoying having to click through dialogue boxes of thing I have already seen countless times. Similar to the Church and Shop, if possible. This is more or a quality change request than anything.
