That a CH without beats and the visual is a PMV is partially correct. And I also have lots of PMVs.

I exclusively use the funscripts with either stim or my OSR so I like the action to surprise me. No extra audibles or visuals are required after the funscript is created.

It is appreciated to have both versions however. 1 to indicate what the author wants me to do and the other without beats or visual to use with my automated stuff!

The CH is superior to most PMVs because they have a longer cohesive flow to the production and the beats are also planned by the author. The beats in CH are usually are designed to build up over a longer time which works much better than stringing several PMV back to back that have totally different music and the funscripts are not related. To me there is a benefit to have both options for a CH.

I’m mostly seeing 3-5 minute ones. I like the 20-120 minute ones. I like the editing, themes, the rounds and the breaks.

That's a fair point. I'll release a PMV version of my next one too, then. It'll be good for the people who use funscripts too, and it's really a minimal amount of extra work. :)

No, don't make the beats simpler. I just had a quick look, as I do not have the time to play it right now, but the beats seem challenging but interesting to me. Simple monotonous beats quickly become boring to me and even if the beats distract me somewhat from the action that is fine for me. I will replay a good cock-hero and I will be able to focus more on the action on the second or third go.

Also, a good challenging beat track is what makes cock-heros interesting to me. Stroking to challenging and surprising patterns makes it exciting. I used to stroke to PMVs but CHs are much better. There are some longer (30min plus) pmvs out there, but I don't think there is much interest in them. There isn't much porn except CHs that I would watch for more than a few minutes.

What is important though, is, that the beat track matches the music, if a beat track is even slightly of or the beat patterns are just completely different from the rhythms in the music, it is a hard turn down. If it matches the music though, for me, it can be as hard or fast, as you want it to be, as long as I can still physically do it (more than 5-6 beats per second is probably too fast).
