Hi everyone,
This is the first time I've posted here, but I've been reading Milovana for a while now. I recently gave my girlfriend The Mistress Manual and she decided to tease me like crazy after four days of not cumming and then told me to be a man and sleep. In the meantime I was not to touch myself, stimulate myself in any way, nor to read porn. I was also explicitly instructed not to wake her up. As best as I could try, no matter what I thought of, I just couldn't sleep! I tried thinking unsexy thoughts, but even though I could get soft the tingling in my cock kept me awake.
Anyway, lucky for me, she somehow woke up at 3am and teased me a bit more and let me cum. However, she told me she would be training me soon (ahem, tonight, for example) and this time I certainly wouldn't cum before morning. What are techniques you use to sleep after you're really, really horny and teased, but yet are told you have to sleep? Responses before the evening would be most appreciated [and needed!]. ;)

It's tough to sleep when exited and denied for more than three days
Especially if naked
even tougher without sheets.
My Suggestion do a series of exercise before bed
Tire you body out.
Sometimes it helps.
However if she is sleeping naked next to you AND your in denial, naked...
Well ... nothing really works except a sedative (like alcohol)
not that I recommend drinking or taking sedatives
it's much more fun to squirm.
After three days of sleepless nights
It is possible to sleep even if both of you naked
but the agony! Worth it!

its difficult but you just kinda learn to sleep with a constant hard on. im not sure i have any tips.
after a long time of denial I start groping my girlfriend in my sleep and trying have sex with her even though i dont remember it in the morning, its uncontrollable.

Thanks all2true for the tips! Luckily she let me cum today, but I'll definitely remember them for next time... I especially like the alcohol suggestion. ;)
...and yes, as for those few hours I couldn't sleep, they were pretty crazy, but very fun at the same time! ...but I think it was more powerful to prove to me that she can deny me anytime.

Erm....no.interessante wrote:you can always jerk off, you know.
Overall the only thing i can say is that there is no foolproof medically approved method of sleeping other than a good diet with plenty of exercise. Failing that then depending on the amount of time you have been awake then your doctor or physician may well suggest some type of relaxant or sleeping tablet.
All i can say is that when i have been unable to sleep due to over stimulation/arousal then i look on it as a case on insomnia which i also suffer from on occasion. Nothing i can do about that either.
