I didn't get to polish the level system as much as I would have liked.
I think once you get to level 5 you should have access to everything.
Make sure you jump off the diving board, as that is your only chance to cum!

For anyone wondering if they have unlocked all content, your main menu will look like this once you have unlocked all content. Level 4 and a bunch of edges should do it.
