That would be an excellent idea for use with a fitbit-type wristwatch. Is your arm moving? At all? Or how fast? That said, I don't see the point in using such specialized hardware, that sort of thing sounds too niche to me (cock hero videos are already a very specific niche). Even if you made such a complex app, who would use it?
My goal with this project was to make a fun, light game that anybody can play and customize/expand with new content without too much fuss. Let's see what the beta testers have to say about that.

Everything is possible, but it would be a very specific project involving a coder that knows the hardware. But then you'd have to actually create an app that uses the tech in a fun way - easier said than done. I tested it and here is a bit of my feedback.
The sound mechanic didnt work at first so I came up with a solution myself. I tapped with my finger near my mic to the speed I was going and this worked perfectly.
The clips were fine but nothing to amazing. Would have preferred porn scenes and more connected rounds like common CHs. To make it more challenging I suggest you making the bar regress, that way the player has to increase the speed to get to the goal (also include a time limit with a game over or something like that).
All in all I really like the idea though and you have a solid foundation right here.

I tested it and I do the same to make the microphone working (after a lot of settings): tap with the finger or 'clap' with my tongue. It is clearly a limitation in terms of immersion and gaming. At this point, the microphone detection is comparable with a keyboard key pressing (keyboard pressing could be a backup solution).
Better than short looping clips, you can put CH videos (with or without beatmeter), PMV, or porn scenes, short compilations. One per level.
I think you can create more tension if the goal is a "stroke per minute" (SPM) basis and the player have to manage to be above this limit (like a countdown) to avoid failing the round. The difficulty of the gaming aspect will come with the increase of SPM at each round.
Since the mechanism is comparable to a clicker (let's call it a stroker
), Perks/skills/items can increase the gameplay aspect (auto-stroker, stroke multiplier, etc.). Also, no more game over, but levels to overcome or start again for farming items for instance. We can also imagine boss levels (each 5 rounds for instance), where the difficulty is greater and videos more "special". Some powerful items could be very very rare. Skills tree can carefully designed for quasi-infinite gameplay. For that purpose, I love the possibility to remove or add levels. I have to test it more : it is a great great way to recycle hundreds of gigabytes of porns

It's been only a few days but I already got some feedback. Thank you, early playtesters!
So far the tech seems to work perfectly for some people and poorly for others. I guess it boils down to: do you have a good enough microphone and a quiet enough room? For me, something like having to tap the mic constantly while you play is not acceptable...
On the other hand video playback works flawlessly for all testers so far, which is nice to hear if you consider the amounts of content the game is loads.

Good idea! I might do that for boss rounds. The problem I see with time-limits is "failing". Having to start over always sucks, even in a randomized game. Besides, it would require a perfec mic-recognition to be fair. I discarded similar ideas early on. The reason is that they may work for a game but when you're trying to get off, they become distractions that get in the way. My goal is to avoid having to reach for the mouse/keyboard while playing. Less complexity, more content, more fun.

Already tried that, in fact it was the original idea for the game. Turns out it's not possible; it would require loading mp4 files (the most common format on the web, but unsupported by the game engine) or converting the stream to webm, which would be too slow (or even impossible?) to do on the fly. I've raised this point before with other actually-interactive CH experiences, but I have to agree - "failing" because of some arbitrary mechanic that causes the game itself to start over, in something like this, is bad design. The only real failure state should be if I finish before I'm told I can. Maybe allow the user to pick some content preferences at the start, even like hardcore vs softcore, then make it progressively more difficult to continue to see the content they selected? i.e. Give them what they want in the first round, then if they can't keep up with an increasingly-vigorous pace, switch them over to the other content. For the technical aspect, I have several microphones and I tested many configurations (with covid19 remote working I begin to master this aspect). The problem is that I don't feel like I'm making any noise when I'm jerking off. However, I tried even with a little lubricant and with more brutal movements... But it must be possible to play in couple by doing a doggy style which slaps the ass
Unfortunately, I won't be testing this with my wife, but I'm putting this here.
For the gaming part, I don't quite understand the concept of a game if it is not possible to "lose" or "fail". Even for CH videos, it is possible to fail and you have to start the video from the beginning most of the time (or other punishments).
For my review, I take a lot of inspiration from clickers, especially Clicker hero if you know. In my memory, the simplified mechanics is: 1 boss every 5 to 10 monsters (5 after maximizing skills). Time is unlimited for non-bosses (no failing). The bosses are in limited time and we start again the series (monsters + boss) in case of failure. If there are enough little clips/gifs/images for the monsters, starting a series again isn't that annoying. By the way, the bosses can also be random by picking from a series of boss clips. But personally, I like the concept of stumbling on a difficulty and having to start the same encounter again.
For the skills/items/perks part, it was also to stick with the title "magic wand RPG" and especially RPG. If we look at Mortimer's RPGs (if I'm not mistaken), the fights alternate choices in the menus (fight/magic/items/targets...) and 1min clips. Personally, it doesn't bother me : I keep my right hand to play keyboard and mouse, and my left hand to stroke. I understand that you may not want to break the immersion, but in this case you will have to innovate. For example, you could activate a skill (like berserk) if you hold above a stroking frequency for a few seconds. Another skill could be activated if you "shout" (briefly saturate the microphone). We can imagine magic spells where you have to make a pattern (stroke and/or shout). The skills would be upgradeable outside the games, as well as the possibility to equip stuff.
Playing would be like this: I go to the menu, upgrade/choose skills, use equipments and other RPG stuff. Then, I start to play: I pass levels with stroking on videos/pictures and at some point I cum (due to high stroking frequency required) or I decide to stop the trial. If I'm done, I quit or loop again (upgrade, then play).
And last but not least : need microphone replacement backup to stroke and use skills (keyboard ?).
