This is the only situation wherein you will lose Cum Tokens by ruining:
RUINING WITHOUT PERMISSION
- Whenever you ruin without permission (in and outside the game) you lose 3 Cum Tokens
- As an additional penalty you have to edge to all of your categories of the cards you hold (instead of half of them) during your next round
In your example it is considered a 'Forced Ruin', which does not make you lose any Cum Tokens. The 'punishment' is the ruin in this scenario ;)
