The encode quality is very low FYI, everything is extremely blurry. This is a shame because the ideas you have sound interesting.

h265 is still a sort of weird format and some (non vlc) players have trouble with it. 746mb is too small for 66 minutes of 1080p footage. I would say 2.5-3.5gb is a decent target to hit with h264 mp4.

Thanks in advance for the high bitrate version The small torrent finished downloading, but I realized it was downscaled to 480p. That the sort of videos, I watched back in 2005

Nowadays with Giga-Bit-Internet and nearly unlimited cloud storage, I don't care about the file size at all.

You're doing well to listen to the advice and feedback here. You've got a great attitude and I look forward to seeing the finished product!

Video compression can be tricky, and there's no shame in getting it wrong. Even some of the big studios do a terrible job of it! Essentially it's a trade-off between quality and file-size, but there are lots of options that let you get more bang for your buck. I'm not a handbrake user so I can't offer much advice with it (I use FFMPEG instead), but if you have any way of getting the uncompressed version to me I'll happily do a re-encode for you then either send it back or kick off a torrent. Let me know if you're interested

I finally managed to download the 13gb torrent, but the video is still only 480p! Before I spend two days downloading it, is the mega upload the same file, or have you re-exported it?

If it is the same file, I suggest going back to your video editing software and exporting the project again with different settings. It looks like you've set it to DVD quality, which will be huge AND low quality. If you let us know what software you've used to put it together, we'll be able to suggest some better settings.
