In this line #Edge @EdgeHold @MultipleEdges(3,5,100) what does the last number mean? I'm guessing the first 2 numbers are the range of how many edges will be assigned but can't seem to understand what the other number is for.

As far as I remember from the TAI documentation is the chance for it to be multiple edges. So in this case 100 percent of the time it will be 3 edges, with 5 seconds paused inbetween. Second number is the seconds paused in between edges.
Syntax: @MultipleEdges(Amount, Interval) or @MultipleEdges(Amount, Interval, Chance)
Special Instructions: Must be used in a line with any @Edge-related Command
The @MultipleEdges Command lets you mark any @Edge Command as one that will require multiple edges before the tease will progress as usual. The interval dictates how much rest the user will have between stopping one edge and beginning the next. Think of it like a webtease instruction to edge 10 times with a 5 second break in between, for example. But when using @MultipleEdges in Tease AI, the domme instructs you through each one without having to keep track of the amount of edges or the time between each one.
You can also specify what percentage chance the edge will turn into multiple edges. For example:
Get to the edge @Edge @MultipleEdges(10, 5, 25)
In this case, there would be a 25 percent chance that the user would have to edge ten times with a 5 second break in between.
When a user finishes the edges, the final edge will resolve according to the @Edge Command in the line. So for example, if the @Edge Command was @EdgeHold, then the user would be instructed to hold the final edge.

I second this, I basically only use Tease AI for MissBlue (and occasionally Fury but I've stopped that now). Would love an update, though I'm kinda sad if it'll be the last one. Absoluely the best tease I've ever played

No, sorry. I made lots of changes in how MB uses those. But there will be a settings menu so that if you want you can skip most of the "introduction" scripts.

Just wanted to drop in and let you know I'm excited to hear a new update is on its way for Miss Blue. It's one of my favorite "classic" TeaseAI personalities. Any new major feature we can expect? Anything we can do to prepare (like collecting specific picture sets or videos)?
But at the same time it's sad to hear the update will be your final contribution. Out of curiosity: Do you plan to leave milovana entirely or just move on from Miss Blue?

Really cool news to see more of Miss Blue, even if it's sadly a permanent conclusion. I went through a sequence of exploring a T&D stuff over the last couple of years, with software simulating a mistress standing out as what I enjoyed the most. It's clearly a very barren landscape, however.
Tease AI eventually raised my hopes highest once I'd discovered it, and Miss Blue sounded like the best personality for what I was after.
Both of those turned out to be true. I discovered how many flaws exist on different levels of the software and the experience, so I'd say the dream is still unfulfilled. But Miss Blue is still the closest to that ideal.
Miss Blue is nice enough that I even have difficulty pinpointing exactly what it is that I think might improve it. I know there is a lot, but nothing is so egregious that it's easy to call to mind.
I think there's a lack of quantity to some things, so those appear a bit stale. More lines the AI responds to, more responses, a bit more of the niche content that have tags but very little to them.
Oh and I think there's a denial ending that has the Mistress decide that the sub will never orgasm again, even writing in a flag. But the flag never comes up to be used anywhere. Permanent denial out of nowhere is probably bad(for most), so I'm sorta happy it goes nowhere, but it'd be prime real estate for a followup.
I guess I'm saying I'm hoping there's more writing in general, as the personality generally functions well enough.
Sorry, I doubt you're looking for suggestions or criticism at this point. I just find it difficult to not talk about this stuff. Call it the mark of a good creation that leads people to care about it I suppose.
As I don't believe I've done so yet, thank you very much for the work you've put into Miss Blue. It's been a lot of fun, and hopefully will continue to be.

The new version is much more responsive to your inputs, both in terms of your TAI settings and the way you interact with the Domme during sessions.

I always found that the most intriguing part of TAI is the possibility to respond to what the mistress says and have some interaction or influence on the session and what happens. The problem is that managing to make the personality respond and interact better, as you say, is way more complex than writing new modules/links.
So i always found that to be the most lacking part in all personalities so far, and that's why i am even more excited to try the new version since you seem to have tried to address exactly that

My problem in creating more of this is, you put a lot of work on something you never know if someone will find out.
In the end, I just use single responses, a ramdom taunt or a small script to that.
