Hello everyone, long time lurker here :)
Finally got around to making an account (thanks for the invite btw) to share a CH video I'm working on. So without further ado, I present you the beta release of Cock Hero - Heavenly


This is not only my first CH video but my first video edit ever and what can I say? It was quite an adventure to lean how to do stuff with premiere, minutes turn into hours oddly fast :). I started with the vague idea of creating some sort of softcore music video and ended up working on a CH one, mostly inspired by the great CH videos from Rinascere, mr123, digitalparkinglot and 3xTripleXXX.

This is a softcore video, there is some very light girl on girl action but that's about it. I have the idea to make a hardcore version of the second half of the video, probably adding a chapter or two, but haven't really started so no clue when/if I'll get to it :)

Solid work, the video IMO is excellent. Very well edited and nice scene selection.

The only area I would offer feedback is the audio, the music quality seemed a little rough when the songs picked up, the bass was a little flat - maybe the audio files weren't great quality? And the beat meter sound was a little louder than I like, but that's a nitpick.

Overall really really well done especially if this is your first edit. Look forward to more.

Excellent video! It looks like you already have some video editing skills and graphic design experience. Simply great. I really like the music selection. I really really like the clip selection. Terrific editing! Everything is perfectly in sync. Excellent progression and story telling. Great job of mixing slower clips when the music is slower and faster clips when the music is faster. Good job with using clips that look fairly similar so that you aren't distracted by clips that don't go well together. And great graphic design. I like the fonts and colors you chose. I may steal some of your color choices.

I only have 2 complaints. I feel like you picked out odd stroke patterns from the music. I prefer simpler more obvious stroke patterns so that I don't have to spend too much time watching the beatmeter instead of watching the pretty girls. And I feel like you could slow down the beatmeter speed a notch. Seems like it's moving pretty fast and almost stuttering/tearing. I use .2 for my speed and .15 for my beat duration. You might try something like that to see if you like it any better.

I just skimmed through it. As others have said, it's a fantastic presentation. 27 min of mostly softcore content probably wouldn't be enough to challenge me, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be an enjoyable experience. Have you considered lengthening it to 45-60 minutes with more lesbian or hardcore content? Your work is excellent and ultimately these are made for the creator, not the community. You'll never satisfy everyone's needs/desires/fetishes. Do whatever makes you motivated to do these. I really like the glamorous content like what you've pulled together. I think our tastes are very similar, I just prefer ramping up to full on lesbian or even similar quality hardcore content at the end.

Mmm, interesting, not sure if I butchered the audio in premiere or if it was poor quality to begin with. I guess it wasn't great, all simple mp3s, but don't have a good audio setup to notice :(. Will see if I can improve that, thanks!

I do have some experience with photoshop and basic design, but video was a new thing for me. It started waaaay worse, but got much better once I saw that the videos I liked were mostly synchronizing to the beats. For the colors I created a custom color palette based on the reddish one using coolors.co or a similar site, don't remember which one exactly.

Wow, that's a nice CH you got there, especially being your first grasp in video editing! I had my fun playing, but since in the title it says [BETA] and not [RELEASE] I'll try to get you some constructive feedback. Hope I'm not too harsh!

Let's look at the design:

• The scene selection is what I struggle the most personally, so I can only appreciate the effort. I can feel you gave importance to the video quality, which sadly you don't see that quite often in some productions. Great job on that!

• The titles and such goes along well with the beatmeter. The style is simple and direct; love that. I liked the fact that you included the song title at the beginning of each round. And the credits and the end! Sounds stupid, I know, but it's a good detail to have.

• Music is good overall. Nowadays, I'm less fond of this kind of music that is usually used for softcore videos, but it's just my preference. Nothing to say about that.

• Good progression there! I see you worked in ups and downs without forgetting the song behind it. However, I couldn't complete the game because the pacing was too fast, too soon. In the first two rounds you got both 1-1 Fast that killed me for the following rounds. But again, you can't keep everyone happy regarding difficulty. If you like it that way, then so be it.

And now some technical things:

• I would check out the song of the first round. Something is wrong with the audio quality.

• Moaning sounds in CH can be a double edged sword. Sometimes they boost you to a whole new level, but others they just drive you off completely. Heck, the first one caught me a bit off guard because it was not the moment yet, so it made me laugh. The final round, on the other hand... wow! So, you almost have to build the round around it entirely. But I'm not sure, we really could have a long debate here.

• Careful with the watermarks. Especially with the hardcore companies, they tend to add a giant watermarks that can be a bit distracting. For example, look at the hegre.com logo around minute 13. You can't do much about it really, but try not to oversaturate the video with those. Just food for thought.

• The beatmeter speed is a bit off, like digitalparkinglot noted. Maybe that creates a feeling of a rushed tempo and looks more difficult than it really is...

I know it sounds like a lot to change, but most of them are a matter of taste, actually, or something that I think it's interesting to discuss. So, as a final note: great production! Thank you for making it. Would love to see more from you in the future.

Wow, thank you for the feedback! I also struggled a lot picking scenes to match what I wanted, went back and forth a lot in the first few chapters.

I was actually wondering if anyone would mind the pacing in some of the sections. I was trying to make them multiple of the BPM, so 1-1 in some chapters are faster than others. And in some specific places, like at the end of the first chapter I wasn't sure if I should go step slower or keep as is. Will keep that in mind

I'm wondering if I don't notice the tearing in the beatmeter because I have a 144hz monitor , maybe in a 60hz one it looks jumpy

That was a nice ride! I loved the clips. I do share the comments regarding the slight out off-sync of the unusual patterns. I initially thought if was just for not being used to them but they were difficult to follow. I only noticed it in the first rounds.

This is more a question for the "Who's that girl?" forum but who's the girl in the under boob scenes on 23:37, 23:45, 23:52 and 24:00? I found her super hot and couldn't figure out from the credits who she is.
