The best way that I know is to just click the quote button (top-right with the quotation mark) on the post that contains the card (or whatever it might be), then copy the relevant part of that post.

Having fun with this so far! A couple questions I can ask here while I post a game reply (feel free to answer in the feedback thread if that’s preferred).
First, causing a player to ruin earns 5 tokens either by playing a card or on a picture posted. How does this work if a player ruins due to a card effect on another player’s image? For example, Player A plays a card causing Player B to have to edge twice for black lingerie. Player B then ruins to the second edge for black lingerie to a picture from Player C. Which player gets the tokens?
Second question – in the OP it states “Put your Card Tokens, Cum Tokens, Amount Of Cards, Current Effects in another spoiler. This spoiler may be opened by other players.” But I’m not seeing many people do this (at least not at the end of their post for current effects). Is the intention that holding effects from our hand should be made visible to everyone or is this only supposed to be for other ongoing effects?
