That's very strange, it sounds like it's getting choked up on something. Maybe a silly question, but do other applications run OK under Windows?

That's even stranger. The rating game doesn't do anything particularly taxing. Can you check that the directory "Images/Spicy/Games/ModelGame" contains 100 images and they all look reasonable?
I just started with part-time Mistress. I expect some verbal comment from her when I come back after stopping her previous session. I think it's getting me punishment points but I expect her to mention it. I also expect to have to start the module again that I failed to finish.
E.g. I'm doing position training and I quit. When I start a new session, I'd expect a verbal comment like: "I'm disappointed in you for quitting your last session. Here are xxx punishment points. Now, where were we. Let's go back to position training and finish it this time.

From the logs I can see that it's running Spicy/Session/Modules/Tease/NoChastity/ImageStrokes.js. Many of the images shown in this module are retrieved from the internet, and there are some problems in this area.

This means that the URL references specified in "Settings -> Media -> Genre URLs" are referencing files that don't exist. Perhaps you've cleared out your "URL Files" directory at some point or copied an old configuration?
At the moment, images don't download from tumblr, leaving you with a black image. This may also be the situation with reddit, but I've only used tumblr. There is a tweak in TAJ that's under review to resolve the tumblr fetches at least. At the moment though, you may have to put up with black images. Sorry about that.

Check, if you selected a proper local image path for Tease images in Settings > Media > Genre Media. Also check, if a least one URL file (Settings > Media > URL files) has the checkmark for "Use URL(s) for tease" set. I got those errors myself before configuring this properly.
I have some issues with anal in spicy, I mentioned before that trying to edit butt plugs or dildos resulted in a crash of the program. after doing what I was recommended, the same problem occurred.
if anyone can help with editing butt plugs and dildos please let me know.
the second issue that I have is I accepted her request to be plugged 24/7, but the plug she chose is my second to largest. which seems to mean that she will only choose between that plug and the largest. is there a way to change that setting?

Did you try editing the variable file as I suggested? You should be able to use your favourite text editor to open "Personalities/Spicy/System/Variables/buttplugs.var". It contains entries like this one:
If you do edit the file, make sure that TAJ isn't running at the time.

That's something that I think we need GodDragon to help with. I'm not sure if that's configurable. It certainly doesn't sound comfortable . Looking into the variable file would help to make sure that the range of available plugs is correct.

That's even stranger. The rating game doesn't do anything particularly taxing. Can you check that the directory "Images/Spicy/Games/ModelGame" contains 100 images and they all look reasonable?
Thanks for the update. Out of curiosity, what are the specs of your PC, i.e. CPU and GPU? TAJ should in theory be able to run on a standard PC without any noticeable slowdown. I have seen it chewing up more CPU that I think it should, but it's not easy to track down which parts are doing what using tools like JConsole with TopThreads, especially when JavaFX delegates to the platform specific media handling. I might have to try an internal modification to allow TAJ to monitor itself, but that's quite a chunk of work. I might end up with different results anyway running on Linux.

It might be easier to just go through the set up again since most of that is in the intro. If you take a backup of "Personalities/Spicy/System/Variables/" and then delete that directory, you'll be back to a fresh Spicy, and at least the images that you've put into the designated directories will still be there. Also all of the media configuration as part of the general TAJ settings will still be there.
If you wanted to keep your progress and just choose a different Mistress and Slave Type, then I'm not so sure. It might be as trivial as changing a couple of existing variables, but I can't be sure without reviewing the whole introduction and setup scripts.
