The name of todays challenge for you is "The Pyramid Game" and this is how it works:

For this game you will need a stopwatch, or idealy a tabata timer! There is an app simply called tabata timer you can download for free.

We will start with Pyramid stroking! The way it works is, you get yourself hard and then stroke just once, then take your hand off for 1 second then you stroke twice and take your hands off for 2 seconds afterwards you do 3 strokes/3 seconds and so on until you hit 10 strokes.
