Slightly off subject - is there an "idiots" guide to using funscripts with estim?
I don't know. But I'm kind of an idiot sometimes, so here's a shot:
Use the github converter someone set up from over at SocialStim:
https://cfs6t08p.github.io/funstim/funstim.html
Download a *.funscript file from one of your preferred sources. IIRC, most folks are using EroScripts:

Settings in the converter are something you'll want to play around with on your own. Keep in mind the Fade In/Out setting will affect every bunch of beats in a CH, basically every moment a signal isn't sustained. So set it at 1 sec. For some reason disabling it kills the conversion with more than a few files.
Sample Rate is how fast you want it to convert - the higher rate, the cleaner the signal since this is the same as the conversion rates on your music mp3s. The converted files aren't so large that storage ought to be an issue, but some DIY devices don't like the high input rates, I guess?
Frequency: The ones posted are simply to give an example. A funscript is basically a set of inputs for a stroking device, so you should expect the converted file to mix in roughly the same way. I'm not an electrical engineer or that great with the mechanics...my take is the frequency or frequencies are where the generated tone is set and the modulation is how loud the tone is? Basically the frequency is the same as how "regular" stim audio tracks work...keep it under 2400, most folks are having good success with 200-1000 range. Some people pick one frequency, some pick 2 or more. Personal preference.
One channel, I forget which, comes out as a fairly constant - this would be the "base" - and the other comes out as a waveform that would move up/down. Depending on your configuration, this can cause a pretty intense stroking sensation in triphase or the right dual channel mix for you.
Inverted flips the "base" signal from one side of the stereo to the other, doubletime is pretty self explanatory, as the converter was written for Cock Hero files, same with fade out (never had much call to use it). Upload the file, let it convert in your browser, and DL to play.
Use VLC and Open: Advanced File, run the converted mp3, check the "play simultaneous" and use the chosen porn video (which you have presumably downloaded). You might have to get into the audio settings to select the appropriate track.
