The generated output of your video editor may be bloated, too big for not any significant benefit. One thing you can do is use HANDBRAKE with the H.264 (x264), RF18 Constant Quality and Web Optimized / Fast Start options, all other options by default. You'd be surprised how smaller the video becomes, without any impact to the quality.
The most brutal rounds I can think of are the last round of Pink Complex, the Gigi Rivera round of CH Teens, and the crazy round of Gracie Glam. All of these are a true test of CH prowess
From about minute 8 to minute 21 in CH Infected, I have to struggle. And it just gets tougher after that. The whole damn video is difficult. Still haven't made it through.

My answers below aren't exactly within the spirit of the question but I'm offering them for good reason anyway. I think the question is probably seeking to find periods of time within CH videos that are ultra-enjoyable and therefore difficult to get beyond without ejaculating. That's a valid inquiry and I invite us all to discuss it, too. But my answer here is about the UNenjoyable ways that some CH videos are presented as "difficult."
1. When the author just spams in a zillion ultra-fast beats forever. That forces an unenjoyable orgasm due to mandatory ejaculation. Hate that.
2. When the author has you edge for a reasonable period of time, but then immediately resumes mandatory high-speed stroking without first offering a rest period. This, as well, forces an orgasm due to mandatory ejaculation.
For both of these, my work-around generally is to choose not to stroke. That way I don't experience the disappointment of an unenjoyable orgasm that was, essentially, not expected or instructed by the video. But when I do that, obviously, I'm breaking the "fourth wall" of the instructional frame, and that in itself is a disappointment of another kind. For me, the BEST CH video will keep me close to the edge of ejaculation while also allowing me to RESIST ejaculating until it's time to CHOOSE to ejaculate because the action on screen INSTRUCTS me to ejaculate (whether by voice-over or on-screen text or whatever). I don't like it when I end up being the guinea pig for some adolescent experiment in "let's see how many up-and-down marks I can squeeze into one screen's worth of space on this newfangled video-editing software I just downloaded."

I totally agree with book_guy.
What makes an excellent CH is when you orgasm during slow, easy beats, not during the complicated and fast beats. This distinguishes masterpieces from medicore.
As a counterpoint, I've yet to encounter a CH vid that was able to make me finish with slow beats. That was always my trouble with Awesome-X's videos, for example. The editing was amazing in those, and I loved how well he mixed the music and so on, so they are among my favorites, all except the endings, which are all too slow for me to finish. So I never replay them.
I want to be challenged by my CH vids, and for it to be a constant battle between me and the game. It should be telling me to go just a little bit harder than I normally would to keep me close to the edge of losing. Most of Sir Derriere III's vids are great for me, and have been a great inspiration to my own vids. I'd argue that at least Canto I is like that too, even though it's not full of hardcore speedbursts, its base pace is actually pretty high, along with the amazing editing. Fucking This Sound is one of my favorites too for this stuff. I rarely make it past the second round with the girl pleasuring herself on top of the bunk bed. :D
It's one of the reasons I really enjoy the videos with edging in them too, since they force me up to being on edge through most of the it. And why my next release will have an edging version as well. :)
So yeah, if a video is just doubletime after doubletime, it's boring and predictable, and just brute forces it, but if the video pops back and forth between good beats that match the music, and then forces me to seal the deal at the end (which usually means doubletime or tripletime), then I'm happy. :)
Not knocking on everyone else's experience, but just saying there's more than one way to enjoy CH vids. At least to me and how I like to play, ending the cum round with fast beats isn't mediocre. It's just the way I love it. :) It's a good thing there's a large variety out there.

Depending on my given mood for the day I will fall in either BookGuy's or 3xTripleXXX's camp. What I've done to get more out of videos like AwesomeX's is to increase the video to 1.1 in VLC by pressing "]". It's not so much to usually distort the music but does increase the difficulty considerably.
I'm not a fan of overly complex beats and so of 3xTripleXXX's release I like the steady beat versions the best and they are HARD cuz the just don't stop. They are fast too, but not soo much that I don't make a good way into them.
That all said, Binary State was a fantastic one. Yes, now that you mention it, I concur that the "Stroker Ace" series videos are all among the "most difficult (in a good way)" cock-hero videos that I recall. And I very much enjoy Binary State's "difficulty" of the threat that a red meter will soon replace the green one.
