Teases with sound commands?

I was trying to find flash teases with a sound command at the end to cum or not cum. I have not been able to find any, if any one knows where I can find one can you let me know. I also thought this would be a good idea for someone to create a T&D tease with a count down and cum or not cum sound command at the end.

Thanks. Do you know how to make a tease here with sound files that I can incorperate to give a count down to cum. I will try to make a tease if I know how to add sound clips.
