The tri-phase that seems to work really well with this estim is common as anal, right as a large(ish) perineum TENS pad, and left as a CR loop around the head(would also work well with a TENS pad or other electrode of choice near the head if you aren't a CR person).
It's worth mentioning that common as anal usually does NOT work well with two electrodes on the penis because they combine and the whole thing feels bricky, but a perineum pad works because it's far enough away to give two separate sensations. This will also give a stronger anal sensation and a more thuddy and "thicker feeling" experience, not sure how to describe it but some of the audio files in this feel like they were made specifically for anal to perineum stim.

Anyone know of a good way to keep a perenium pad stay on, I find that they will quickly fall of, so I either have to hold it on my self (not so fun) or have something press against the pad, to make it stay on.

I had this problem with junk quality TENS pads along with poor conductivity causing consistent stinging even with new pads. I don't have this problem with better TENS pads. It's also important to have hair removed from the area within the past day or two because they don't stick well if there is much hair. It's painful to attach a TENS pad to a razor cut though.

I did find that I could increase conductivity and stickiness by using Tensive Conductive Adhesive gel. ..another kind of Tac Gel and I'm sure they are both about the same. The pad won't fall off with a layer of that on a pad and you'll also eliminate TENS pad stinging with a better connection. The trouble is you pretty much need to take a shower and soap it off every time you are finished with a session because the sticky stuff is thick and difficult to clean with even a baby wipe. You also need to rinse the gel off the pad after each use too.

My most recent TENS pad purchase was Santamedical pads from Amazon, the junk pads were Auvon pads from Amazon but there are a ton on Amazon that appear to be the same junk pad with a different brand(based on their matching criss cross pattern). It's hard to know if you are buying good ones or bad ones until you find a good set.

I mostly don't use TENS pads apart from areas that are difficult to attach with a CR loop like the perineum. I also attach the pad on the perineum as close to the balls as I can but not close enough to where they will get in the 'fold' and peel off or shock the balls themselves.

Seconded, i think the file is right just a little lower o volume so had to manual turn up which is always the distraction as always concerned the next 'normal' phase starts and fry yourself!!

Regarding a pair of Electro's posts:

Electrode configuration and type - I noticed this file and the Chatroom tease were built similarly for 2-channel, and in my efforts to enhance or even just change up the routine from the repeated same segments, I tried head-as-common and anal-as-common. I found that the latter as Electro points out, is fantastic. I use a double loop - larger loop behind the sack and up tight against the perineum, smaller loop at the base of the shaft - these get half of the left channel - and I use an Oxballs sling over those to keep everything in place, then a head 'trode on right and the plug with combined wires for the common.

This has been the most sensitive version and also works well with the Chatroom teases. With my BT, I have the "reverse" switch, so right or left can get swapped with a flick.

I don't bother with the pads anymore, they just were too unreliable in connection, often a broken wire or bad, intermittent connection, and since I switched out to 4mm, individual banana plug wires, it's easier to just wire up to the loops. The big loop/little loop combination is a little flexible, but I do have to take a break after a couple hours since they fit snug. No sticky gel, just a dab of Spectra360 and some water based lube for everything.

Any advice on how to make the audio with surround sound work with an estim device and normal computer speakers? To be spared the need to hit the play and pause buttons synchronously and not to have the mood wrecked every time I have to resync files is the holy grail...I assume that's the intent of that version?

Do you have multiple audio outputs?
I use my laptop and a USB headset with Voicemeter Banana, link https://vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/banana.htm
Set your video player to output to Voicemeter Aux Input and in the Voicemeter Banana application set A1 to your estim audio output device and set A2 as your porn audio device and set the A1 and A2 devices in the top right of the screen and be sure the A1 and A2 are selected(turned on) under the Aux input section. Set the A1 output in the lower right as rear output.

If you do not have an extra device for the audio, you can still use this to play just the estim using surround audio files. There are devices on Amazon and other places that act as USB sound cards for $20 or so that can be used as an extra output to perform this function. I almost bought one of those until I realized I had a USB headset and it works well enough for the purpose too.

I'm a little confused how people are mixing this up. I was specifically describing how to use the surround sound video and splitting the surround sound audio with the tool [Voicemeeter Banana] for those who don't have a surround sound card. So if you only have one sound output, you can play the estim through your standard sound card. If you have a cheap USB second sound output(either sound card or USB headset), you can play the stim through one and porn audio in another.

So to answer your question, you don't need to sync them up because the video file is surround sound, it's all one file, which is the beauty of it. You can skip around(instant replay, skip a part of something that you don't want to see, or finish with your favorite scene) and not need to futz with sync.

What script? There is no script. What shortcut? I think we might be talking about two different things, can you be more specific about which video file you are playing and what sort of script you are talking about. I can probably answer questions if you are using the Voicemeeter Banana software and the video with surround sound audio.

I know you can start 2 files at the same time in VLC. I just thought you found a better way to do it.
And I guess you did. I am going to download the surround video file and see if my laptop can decode the surround portion.

Hey guys,
please help me get the surround file to work, I can't figure it out.

I have a motherboard in my PC that has 6 audio plugs on the back side, I believe this is 5.1

Even though I understand what you guys are saying – plug in the stim device on the surround plug of the system or the motherboard and wear a usb headset to listen to the actual music – I have no idea what I have to do in my VLC player to make this happen.

Also, I tried configuring it with VOiceMeeter Banana and I managed to get the audio from VLC to it and make the audio come from my speakers and my headset at the same time, I always hear the porn audio as well as the estim sound at the same time on every channel.

When I switch to “rear only” on A1 as described, the A1 speaker is just silent with 0 sound.
I checked and there is no “surround” plug on my motherboard and on the speakers.

What am I supposed to do?

Okay I finally, after a lot of tinkering, made this happen.
I had the same setup as you Digitalparkinglot with a self built midistim, a bipolar anal plug on R and 2 loops on L. The sensations were absolutely amazing and I came around 39:50 when the signal just would not end. Even if I made it through this one, the next edge a few seconds alter would have made me cum.
This was perfect. Please for the love of e-stim and Milovana produce more like this. Just perfect!
