New York is beautiful today. Mid 70's for a high. Looking forward to a great three day weekend AND a chance to redeem myself from last weekend with my lady friend.

Hey SoD - didn't realize you were from NY! I lived in NYC for almost 15 years (Mistress D was born and raised on Staten Island and hadn't lived anywhere else until I reloacted her to the midwest about 15 years ago).

Sounds like a good plan so far. Why the hate of art museums? What kind of art, if I may ask? They are actually usually very awesome! You might be surprised if you keep an open mind. Maybe you need to go with someone who appreciates it to help you see the beauty in each work as well as the fascinating historical aspects.
