For my second knock-out I gonna update the numbers of edges from my previous task. I want 20 edges and you should hold the 5th,10th and 15th edge, the 5th at least 10 seconds, the 10th 20 seconds and the 15th 10 seconds.
But I'm feeling generous, so I'm going to give you a chance to reduce the number of edges, even eliminate the daily task. But that will only depend on you and your performance
You're going to try to do as many edges as you can, resting 10 seconds maximum after each one. Every 5 edge you must hold it the same number of seconds. So the edge number 5 must be hold 5 seconds, the number 10, 10 seconds and so on.
There will be a moment you can't follow, the number of edge will be your score points. This score will help you to reduce the number of edges and seconds of holding in your daily task. You will subtract an edge for every point of your score. If is an edge that you should hold, you will subtract a second. For example, if you manage to make 24 edges, you will spend 5 points for the last 5 edges, 10 points for the 10 seconds of holding the edge number 15, 5 points for the 10th-15th edges and 4 for subtract 4 seconds of holding you 10th edge. Then you would only have to do 10 edges, holding the fifth for 10 seconds and the 15th for 16 seconds.
Then if you manage to do 60 edges (remember the rule of holding every 5 edges and the maximum 10 seconds of rest) you will no longer have to do the daily task.

I actually did the 60 edges and managed to remove your daily task... I must admit that there were three times that I almost made the slip to a ruin, but managed to relax my muscles just in time Then when I did the last 60 second hold and finished it I was looking and your video and thought for a second to give up and ruin myself because my level of desperation is certainly a 10 now! Nevertheless, I managed to stop myself from doing so (and the video ended again ). I think I survived it because of luck (I thought of quitting around 35 seconds and then at 50 seconds, but knew that a bit more torment now would mean less structural torment ). Really loved your selection of videos for the PMV and I am sure it will get me sometime soon On that note, I am almost at a 1000 edges (904 edges now!). I already set a personal record going over 750, but reaching 1000 just sounds nice. I fear it will not feel as nice for my balls though
