I have done the same with my program for Windows. It also sync mp4 with mp3 estim file.
CHPlayer V2 - 2.0.18.

But that did not answer my question about haw to use CH Freedom with E-Stim device.
I still not feel anything when comes to edging.....
So the file has really different feels set up for "edging" almost no stroking, and a 10-20% reduction in volume. depending on how close you are tuned in that can turn off your box's processing, not even to mention trode placement. Also turning up to hit the edge section right, means that the next beats are really intense.
I'm set as follows, three 1x1 sticky pads, A=underside top cock head, B below balls, two stretchy cockrings to keep balls out of the direct line of fire, Common base of cock, top side. sometimes with and sometimes without stretchy cockrings on the cock pads.
Settings:
- Spoiler: show
- computer volume 100%, volume meter showing around 50% on output, ET-312-High, Audio 3, MA 10-11oclock. ma to 12 for a boost. ma cuts out at 9. i play at around 40-45 on AB to start and work up from there, but I play rather intense.
I would also say that lower say 25ish on AB will be really subtle and cause the edge signals to vanish from the box, so if you need the range drop your output volume to 85% and play from 10-3 on the MA, maybe calibrate on the edge about 3/4 through the file, then reset to the begining and see how it goes.
the audio output volume on computers is so variable, so while i can describe the settings i have, i don't have a db meter on the actual line/bt device output to give you an idea of what the et would be receiving. you can get a vague idea from the processor, I can tell you at 100% output on computer vol, and 100% on input at the bt receiver, I get the following at these points, by the clock
8 dead,8.75 flickers,
9 sensation starts lights still flicker,
9.25 - 10.5 lights get progressivly brighter, sensation best balance at 10.5
10.5 to 12 lights more or less pegged to highest brightness, and sensation get narrower in range of feel
12+ sensation gets solid feel, with no variance unless the file has wild variance.
10.5 is so wide that sometimes it feels really spikey so 10.5 -12 is the range that smooths it out. I hope this information helps others, feel free to post your own impressions.
on this file, it's pretty good in time strokes, at 11 nearly perfect. then the edges just feel like a constant strong grip. I think i would have preferred a 4bps signal to what's there. then fiddle the ma to get on and hold that edge to the end.
PS: I will often tune my VOL-OUT to make the sweet spot the 12 position, so I can always go back to "perfect" and can boost or dial back to keep my edge where I want it, and know that the regular beats sections are always where the detent in the ma knob is.
Enjoy all.
