This 20 minute quickie is a collection of stars you probably know and some new ones you want to know. Focusing primarily on evocative eye contact, breathtaking blowjobs, tantalizing tunes, and of course some good ole' fucking. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

The video content isn't really my jam (I'm a softcore kind of guy), but I skimmed through to check it out. Seems very nicely put together, and as mentioned above, I'm a big fan of the tracklist. From a technical perspective, the only criticism I have is that the beats in the last round feel like they're leading the music slightly. They seem fine any time they're guided by the vocals, but in the instrumental sections they feel a tiny bit early. I think maybe there's a little bit more wiggle room with vocals - perhaps something to keep in mind that when you're lining things up, the instrumental sections are probably where you want to check for the best fit. Maybe that's just me, though; I tend to get pretty picky about beat timings.

For a first foray into video editing, this is very well done, and you've dodged all of the usual stumbling blocks first-timers might trip over - the cuts are clean and well-timed, the file size is very reasonable, and you've even got faststart turned on. Great work, and I'm looking forward to more!

Thanks for the response and taking the time to watch! Sorry it has taken so long to respond. First off my big question is: What is faststart... tried googling it a few times and can't figure it out lol!

I 100% agree with you on the last song not lining up right and I think that is on me for sure. I am going to try a new method where I create the clave or beat track in ableton (where I do most of the audio editing) and use that as the audio for beatmeeter.

Lastly thank you for the kind words and constructive criticisms. I for sure appreciate the watch even with it not being your jam. That how I ended up starting to make these. I stumbled upon a few CH and they weren't quite "my jam." I can be kinda picky with video and audio content... so I decided to make my own!

Thank you for taking the time to watch and the kind words! Can you be more specific about what was slow moving? Was it the music or the beat patterns? Or was the video content soft core for too long?

Audio was a tough one for me... I kinda like the idea of the music shining through, but at the same time I could see how some people enjoy hearing the stars audio. I will have to play around with the audio next time maybe including some to highlight key parts.

Technical details:

In an mp4 file, there's a little blob of data called a "moov atom" that functions kind of like a header, with information about the format of the video. Media players need to be able to read the moov atom in order to start playing the video at all. But when rendering the video, there's a wrinkle: the moov atom needs to contain information that the renderer doesn't know until it's done rendering. Sometimes, renderers are configured to just stick the moov atom at the end of the video file. Media players know to look there, so it's fine, except that now the file can't be played until the whole thing is downloaded[1]. "faststart" is one name for a different configuration, where renderers reserve some room at the beginning of the file as they're writing it, and then go back when they're done to put the moov atom in the space they reserved. I assume it's called "faststart" because now the player can start playing the resulting file faster, before it's done downloading.

The reason this might not be done by default is that sometimes, the renderer might have underestimated how much space the moov atom will take up, and then it has to shift the whole rest of the file over to make room. In reality, this ends up not being a huge concern, so nowadays it's usually best to turn on faststart mode. Since you weren't even aware of it, that means your software probably has it on by default.

[1] This is why certain file sharing software, especially ones meant for media playback, will prioritize both the first and last parts of the file to download, to cover both options for where the moov atom might be.

OH! I get it. That makes a lot of sense... I had a ton of problems rendering as an AVI so I changed it to "render for internet" as an MP4. Guess that does the moov mumbojumbo. Thanks for the info!
